Nancy Mowen So friendly and professional!! My 73 year old brother with Parkinson’s was treated with respect and like an old friend though this was his first time going!! Very nice haircut and beard trim. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!!

Jose Ramon Porras Gotta say this one little eye popping barber shop! I mean Im not super, super picky on a haircut but I do like for it to be somewhat spot on and David Silva sure did a good job! And thats speaking highly towards an old school barber and aside of that very friendly! First time meeting him and sparked a conversation with me like he had known me forever! Highly recommend anyone looking for a good cut!

M Vega Cyndi worked very hard and did awesome quality work coloring my teenage daughters hair pink. We had a situation beyond anyones control that interrupted the hair appointment, but this place made sure we were taken care of, and they made everything right for us (even though it wasnt their problem and they didnt have to). Cyndi and the staff there are all great. My daughter is really happy with her hair. Thank you Cyndi et al.

Nicole Wade Ive been getting my hair done by Cyrell for the last six years and I will never let anyone other than Cyrell touch my hair. She definitely knows what shes doing and does everything she can to keep hair healthy. Before I met Cyrell, my hair was damaged by other stylists constantly. She took the time to properly fix my hair and recommended some great products. As a result, my hair is now beautiful and healthy. Not to mention, she always does more than a great job at any color she does. She is extremely talented and very educated about hair. The salon is so beautiful, clean, organized and unique. I highly recommend visiting the salon and Cyrell. You will not be disappointed.

Sage Smith This is the first haircut Ive had in a while that came out exactly as I wanted. Every little snip matters with short hair, and he basically brought back a style I hadnt even realized Id drifted away from over the years and missed. Angel is super flexible and got my requests down exactly.

Josh Serrano I got my hair cut here by Angel and he did a fantastic job. It’s always been hard for me to find people who can cut my curly hair, and Angel is an expert.

Vincent Newberry It’s a bummer that someone actually posted a 1 star review for this place for not taking walk ins, even without experiencing the 5+ star treatment you get when you do take the time to schedule an appointment. If you want a 1 star experience at a place that takes walk-in’s, please do that, but if you want a place run by a family that will treat you like family and you the time and attention you deserve and at a reasonable price… then go here. You’re not just another face and another dollar with Danny, Barbara and Jason or anyone else that works here, they treat you well, do a fantastic job and earn your repeat business for sure. Had the person that left a 1 star review scheduled an appointment they would have experienced it themselves. I am speaking as a long time customer.

Alex Great haircut from Jason, highly recommended if you want a budget friendly good haircut. They only accept cash but do have an ATM if needed. Also as of writing this review it is appointment only no walk ins.

Jacob Carpenter Ben was the first hairstylist I met to take the time to teach me how to manage my wavy hair. He did an incredible job and you can tell hes passionate about his work.

Texas Ed I made a 12 noon appointment with Ben one week in advance. I arrived for the appointment 10 minutes early and Ben was not at the salon. I waited 5 to 10 minutes and he was a no show so I left. I received a text later that said he had "run an errand". This shows that he places little importance to punctuality. This was my first and last experience with this shop.

Rachel Starnes Jessica A. is amazing! She cuts my hair the way I want it every time and makes you feel at home! I wish I could give more stars for her because she is truly incredible. Highly recommend!

Angelica Young Highly recommend! I got a big chop-- shoulder length to a Leonardo Dicaprio type cut and wow! My stylist was so kind and attentive, offered me water, and said I could come back for some extra adjustments in the days coming forward if I noticed anything! Quiet and stress free as well-the atmosphere is really great.

Ben Delgado I started using Ray over three years ago . Back then she was operating out of Buda. Followed Ray to Kyle for a great hair cut. Now my mother inl law uses Ray as well. Worth the little ride from Austin.

Erica Hutchings Teagan has been doing my hair for 8-9 years now and I dont trust anyone else! She is a true artist and somehow she manages to make my hair even more beautiful each visit! 10/10 have recommended to all my friends and they all love her too! The entire staff at Top Image is top Tier!

Ybarra Ben Took our daughters here for the first time last week and it was such a great experience they said they never want to go anywhere else. Michelle was amazing with our 11 year old and took great care with her hair. Our 9 year old also decided while sitting there that she wanted her hair done and they acvomadated, thank you Esme for the bond you made with her. Also a huge shoutout to Reagan for helping and putting tensil in their hair. Best salon we have been to.

A G Weve been clients of Top Image Salon for years. Shelly and her team are great at doing hair! We are always treated with respect and our concerns are always heard and honored. Recently, Ive had to leave my elder mother at her appointments alone so I could run some errands. I always feel that she is safe and that all shop employees will make sure she is comfy and has what she needs. Thanks for all you do!

Matthew Hernandez Their booking site completely failed—I selected a date, and it sent me to a completely different one. I arrived at the barbershop and sat there for over 30 minutes before they finally admitted they couldn’t fit me in for hours. After wasting my time, they had the nerve to try upcharging me just to get my beard shaped later. Total incompetence and a complete disregard for customers’ time.

Miguel Salazar Cuts by kel was one of the best cuts I had! She did me right! Not only did she cut my hair very good but she super friendly! If y’all looking for someone to cut your hair I definitely recommend kel she’s the one to do literally best barber!

And every time I leave, I always have that big smile on my face, knowing I saved money and also got a bombass haircut. I will continue to bring my business here and here only. Jack D Very nice people that run this place. I go every other week for my haircut. Very cheap priced but not cheap quality. The gentlemen in the first booth is wonderful and knowledgeable on new and old trends/styles. Fast and never busy although I wish they were busy because they deserve more customers!!

Deidre Garcia Do not recommend at all! The lady there gave me the worst straight across bangs (and thats including the time I went scissor crazy and cut my own bangs). And had no idea what an undercut was and shaved me to the skin underneath (which is fine since my hair covers i guess). She even dyed my mothers hair a horrible red, its like she had no knowledge of mixing colors and just threw the red boxed color in with developer. Really disappointed we spent $80 on such terrible service.

jesse merlan I totally recommend this shop, me and my oldest son(8yrs old)have been getting our cuts by Adrian for the past 4 years and recently started taking my youngest son ( 4yrs old ), really excellent with kids. This place may be a small shop, but it packs a punch when it comes to haircuts and customer service. If yall decide to check this place out make sure to make an appointment.

Crystal Myers Veronica is a very nice person, but I would NOT recommend her for a balayage. The hair treatment she gave me not only looked nothing like the picture I gave her, but it was also very poorly executed. The application style was extremely chunky, uneven, and even worse had "leopard spots" in several areas. The top looked like tiger stripes. When I went to another salon to have it fixed, they said there were areas that were left on too long and others not enough. As you look at the deeper layers of my hair, you can see the bleach was applied in random diagonal lines. Definitely not the quality you expect from any stylist let alone an experienced one. The other salon was able to fix the high stripes but because of the random application of the bleach they had to return it all pretty much to brown and start over. I have to wait 6-8 weeks for my hair to heal before the other salon can give me a new blond balayage. I am getting engaged in a few weeks, which is why I wanted my hair done in the first place, and now I will not have my hair done for day of my engagement. Although she gave me a PARTIAL refund, it did not cover the repair costs and definitely is not going to cover the second good salon visit for a proper balayage. Even if she did give it all back, the additional repairs are going to cost me over $150 more than what I would have paid if it was done right the first time. Again super nice women, but I would NOT recommend her for any hair treatment.

Piper Cornett Had a friend come home sobbing just now after getting dropped off in the Solutions Salon parking lot. What was supposed to be a quick and easy drop off turn into an uncomfortable and awful experience. The owner or employee that worked in Solutions Salon marched out and yelled at my friend even after she said she was gathering her things so she could leave. The woman said that they needed to leave immediately and continued until she was off property. My friend is a kind and caring individual, unlike the woman that worked at Solutions, who wouldn’t cause issues or say mean things just because of a parking spot that was in an almost empty parking lot. I get that parking in San Marcos is scarce, but being mean to college students about one is just sad. We did not receive services from this salon but just wanted to let people know how their employees treat people.

Makayla Today was my first time with Maya and she was absolutely fabulous. I dont trust easily, especially with my hair, but I trusted her ability in what she was doing and that she knew her stuff. She was so friendly and funny. Definitely recommend.

Chelsey Davis Roxi is AMAZING! She has been doing my brows for the past 6 years. My brows look flawless every time she does them. I won’t let anyone else touch my brows but her. She is hands down the best. Her place is also very cute and she is a really cool chick.

Georgina Cruz Me and my 3 girls have been going to Roxi for 6 years. She has done our waxing, our brows, makeup and our eye lashes. We wont go or trust anyone else to do a better job than Roxi. She is very reliable and also finds time to work with our busy schedules. All around great!!

Meagan Stovall Jen has been my hairstylist for about 2 years now. I have followed her to this salon from her previous one because she is THAT girl. She always makes sure to take care of my hair and not rush anything to prevent damage. My hair is always exactly what I want and super healthy. She is the best for blonde.

Connie Walker I went to get my hair washed and blow dried and the stylist Malayla provided outstanding service to me. My hair felt so smooth and clean. I ended up buying the same shampoo and conditioner she used on me and I get compliments of how good its smells daily. I would recommend Malayla to style your hair next! The price was amazing for what I received. Friendly customer service and a beautiful outcome.
