The store itself is beautiful- from the gorgeous fixtures and entry way chandelier, to the glass cases full of fine jewelry. Not to mention the store’s signature scent, that will appeal to your senses in a way that is not expected for a jewelry store. The ladies who work there are friendly and welcoming, offering help, a drink or snack while you browse or take advantage of the complimentary jewelry cleaning. Southern Gem did an amazing job on the repair of my wedding ring. I also had them make a duplicate of my wedding band and I can not tell which is the original and which is the new. My rings were returned to me in perfect condition and sparkling like I had not seen them sparkle in years. I highly recommend shopping here and utilizing their jeweler services. If you are looking for an amazing shopping experience for a gift or yourself, Southern Gem is the place!

    Shawn Moore: Totally disgusted and feel like Ive been robbed. Took in some old silver coins after selling him five silver dimes for $20.00, owner telling me its a good deal, I find out afterwards they was worth several thousand dollars more. I feel like he stole from me,I still have the pictures of them and I kick myself in the butt every time I see them for trusting the owner.

    Arlee Lynch: Had my wedding rings resized and the center sapphire had fallen out, so they repaired the prongs and put it all back together again beautifully. The second picture the bottom ring one of the diamonds on the side fell out and they put it back in its place and it looks brand new.     Rachel Harvey: I went to Executive Jewelers based on a recommendation of a friend. She said George was the BEST and she was absolutely right! I wanted to take the head of my husband’s grandmother’s ring and insert it as the main diamond in my own engagement ring. I had been told before that I couldn’t put anything bigger in my original setting, so I stopped by to see if George could. He quickly assessed my needs when I stopped in randomly, then we set an appointment to have the work done to combine the two rings. He originally said maybe 3-day turnaround, which was impressive. However, he invited my husband and I to watch him do the whole process at our appointment and it took an hour and a half! I walked out with the most gorgeous, most sentimental ring ever! I will go back to do other special pieces there in the future! Do not hesitate to bring your dreams to George! He will make them come to life!
