1 /5 Stephanie Risser: I went into this store about a week ago to get my ring fixed. (Grandmothers diamond was loose.) During that time I had to listen to the counter girl tell me her life story and then tell me the jeweler was out and wouldnt be back for an hour. I returned today and same counter girl asked to help and I told her I was there to have the jewler look at my ring and give me suggestions. He came out and I showed him my ring and the original setting that held my grandmothers diamond. He pushed the old setting back at me and said "It doesnt matter." So I left. He couldnt have been ruder. If you dont want to help people, dont have a service business.

1 /5 Ton Jones: Give me a break. Three weeks to gold solder, a cracked bail. Why dont you just tell me you want me to leave jewelry there So you can swap out stones. I would have more respect for you. Good thing I had my wife leave me on video call when she walked in. This is why some small businesses are dying. You get shady and act suspicious. It will affect your business. Dont prey on people It is not necessary to do business.

The store itself is beautiful- from the gorgeous fixtures and entry way chandelier, to the glass cases full of fine jewelry. Not to mention the store’s signature scent, that will appeal to your senses in a way that is not expected for a jewelry store. The ladies who work there are friendly and welcoming, offering help, a drink or snack while you browse or take advantage of the complimentary jewelry cleaning. Southern Gem did an amazing job on the repair of my wedding ring. I also had them make a duplicate of my wedding band and I can not tell which is the original and which is the new. My rings were returned to me in perfect condition and sparkling like I had not seen them sparkle in years. I highly recommend shopping here and utilizing their jeweler services. If you are looking for an amazing shopping experience for a gift or yourself, Southern Gem is the place!

The second picture the bottom ring one of the diamonds on the side fell out and they put it back in its place and it looks brand new. Rachel Harvey: I went to Executive Jewelers based on a recommendation of a friend. She said George was the BEST and she was absolutely right! I wanted to take the head of my husband’s grandmother’s ring and insert it as the main diamond in my own engagement ring. I had been told before that I couldn’t put anything bigger in my original setting, so I stopped by to see if George could. He quickly assessed my needs when I stopped in randomly, then we set an appointment to have the work done to combine the two rings. He originally said maybe 3-day turnaround, which was impressive. However, he invited my husband and I to watch him do the whole process at our appointment and it took an hour and a half! I walked out with the most gorgeous, most sentimental ring ever! I will go back to do other special pieces there in the future! Do not hesitate to bring your dreams to George! He will make them come to life!

Drew Williamson: I used Kubes recently (Nov 24 - Jan 25) for an engagement ring - both the diamond the ring. I took my now fiance there to look around in early November and the experience was exactly what I was hoping. They spent time to go through many different cuts and settings with us to see what she liked the best. The sales team there was great, very helpful and not at all pushy or overbearing like I have experienced with other jewelers in the past. We worked primarily with Heather and she was amazing, helpful, and responsive throughout trying out rings with my fiance, helping to find and select a diamond and collaborate with my sister and me on what the setting would look like. Katie designed the ring and was also very responsive and helpful once the work was handed over to her. Other people that I interacted with there were also very pleasant and helpful. I did also compare the prices they gave me for the diamonds with other sources and they were very fair and competitive with the prices that they quoted me on all the diamonds they selected for me. Throughout the whole process of what for many, including myself, is a sizable and vulnerable purchase they were open, transparent, helpful, and felt genuinely excited and happy about the process and for my engagement. I would highly recommend them over any larger scale jeweler I have interacted with or heard about from friends and am super happy with how the whole process went and the ring that I ended up with.
