F I I am writing to formally express my utter dissatisfaction with the service I received during a phone call with your receptionist, Hannah, on 23 January 2025. During this call, I attempted to address a concern regarding my dental bill, which has recently been fully paid. Unfortunately, I found the experience to be extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Hannah continually placed me on unnecessary holds without explanation and interrupted me repeatedly while I was trying to clarify details about my billing. Her behavior made it exceedingly difficult to resolve the matter and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. As a result of this poor experience, I have decided to cancel my upcoming dental cleaning appointment. I no longer wish to continue my business with a dental office that employs staff who fail to provide courteous and professional service. Furthermore, I will be sharing my negative experience on various online forums to ensure others are aware of the lack of professionalism I encountered. I would appreciate it if you could confirm that my appointment has been canceled and acknowledge receipt of this complaint. I trust you will address this issue appropriately to improve the experience for other patients.

Elena Tsvetkova Ive been a patient of Dr. Mary Swift for more than 20 years. I never had any thoughts of switching to another dentist. Dr. Swift is very experienced and knowledgeable dentist, and her staff is attentive and friendly. The dental hygienist who does my teeth cleaning, Carla Strickland, is also wonderful, she does her work thoroughly, with the highest quality. Thank you!

You can tell they really care about their patients which is sometimes rare to find these days. It also has a beautiful view to stare out at as you are getting treated. They always take great care of me!

Not only does he take time to explain and inform us of our needs, he is surrounded by a talented and dedicated staff. Dental hygienist, Sue, is exceptionally good. maissie brown Dr. Charles Nunnally and his staff are the best. He is very knowledgeable and highly skilled. He takes time to explain your condition to you and provide you with treatment options. The entire staff are pleasantly professional and courteous. Facilities are very clean and up to date. (Train depot themed decor is awesome. We all love the trains.) And they are very prompt in seeing you when you are punctual - very minimal wait times if any. My family has been going there for several years now. Our children stiIl had their baby teeth when we started going to Dental Depot and even now that they are adults, they continue to be happy, loyal customers as well. We would always recommend him to friends and family in the area.

Demichael Lawrence I went and got a root canal done here on my front tooth. I had a crown on that was not permanent. They did the root canal. I went back a week later for them to put the crown on permanently and he placed the crown on wrong now, I have to pay to have the crown taken off Because it’s permanently cemented it’s all wrong

Danny Behrens Very disappointed. I decided to give this place a try because I wasn’t too fond of my last dentist. I’ve had the same insurance for the past five years and know that it covers my cleanings and X-rays. I only ever have to pay a certain percentage for cavity fillings. I received a surprise bill for $67. When I discussed this with the office, they advised that it was for part of the X-rays. I contacted my insurance, and they confirmed that they covered this 100%, meaning I don’t owe anything at all (sent me an EOB too). The bill from Knox Village Dentistry is honestly very misleading compared to my insurance charges. I simply don’t owe anything to this office, and this needs to be corrected. I shouldn’t have to keep calling back. I’ve switched dentists before, and I will be again.

I’ve lived in Dallas most of my 60+ yrs & I come back to my dentist family every time I’ve moved back.They - including & especially Dr Mitchell - treat me like family. Alison Largent Staff was amazing. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding the dentist but felt at ease very quickly. All my paperwork was sent before the appointment and I was taken back right on time. Dr. Lee was very kind and took the time to explain the pictures and X-rays. I never felt rushed and my cleaning was probably the best I’ve ever had. If you want a dentist office who will do a great job and not try to rip you off this is the place to go :)

Jessica Jeffrey I have taken all 3 of my children to this office. The doctor and staff are always friendly. They explain everything that’s going on and answer all my questions. Update: Now having been a patient myself everything stated above still remains true. Dr. Lee is great, he had to extract a root from the socket and it was not an easy task. His demeanor remained kind and never showed any frustration. Extremely professional. The assistant was great as well she was able to suction everything out so nothing was left lingering in the back of my throat. My interactions with all staff have been superb.

Samantha Smith New patient! I had a broken tooth that was really bothering me. The receptionist was super sweet and got me in ASAP. Dr. Charles was very nice and charming. I really hate going to the dentist office, but this one is so amazing. Definitely will never go anywhere else for dental work.

Alaina Browning I went in for a teeth cleaning that should have been 100% covered by my insurance. Instead, I waited over an hour and a half to be seen and when I finally was; the doctor REFUSED to clean my teeth without “addressing my gingivitis” (when I know I don’t have gingivitis LOL). This was just a way for the office to charge me $200 out of pocket and my insurance $400 and make more money off of my back. More money for them to do a gingivitis cleaning than a normal teeth cleaning so why not upsell me (obviously they thought I looked like I had money and insurance). I literally said can we please just do the basic cleaning that insurance covers and the dentist said NO bc he didn’t want to be unethical to the board about not addressing my gingivitis (sir, what about ethics to your patients?). I should have walked out but I had already waited over and hour and a half and had taken off work and can’t miss work for another dentist appt like I needed to have my teeth cleaned that day as planned so I went ahead and did the cleaning and paid the $200 fee for what should have been a basic teeth cleaning fully covered by my dental insurance. I was aware I was being taken advantage of and it felt really gross but I SEE YOU and I’m not dumb. I want to warn others to avoid this place and go somewhere the staff is respectful of your time, money, comfort and welfare. Also tried to get me to schedule for other procedures I didn’t need and told me I had cavities that I do not have lol. I had been at Mint Dentistry a week prior and had full exam/xrays done- the doctors there said my teeth and gums were perfectly healthy so I’m not sure why this happened but it was violating. WARNING: this office will try to upsell you and put you through unnecessary procedures and thinks patients are dumb. Attaching photos of my teeth BEFORE this cleaning where I was diagnosed with “gingivitis”. Shameless scam money grab waste of time.

Anderson and Brocious We have used Steve Stutsman as our dentist for many years and he and all the people that work in his office are outstanding! They care about and for our teeth and health in a way that gives us comfort and confidence in whatever the issue may be. They always go the extra mile with a smile. Even though we moved out of Dallas two years ago, we still drive back to their offices because they are worth that effort. We cannot recommend them too much!

stephanie F The best Dentist there is. His attention, the way he explains each step and makes you feel so comfortable. His entire staff are awesome, his assistant can’t recall her name, very good and pays attention as well. Dr Stutsman made me feel like I was his little niece. Very experienced and you can tell this is his calling. Over the years, I’ve been to several dentist and no one comes close. I had a filling done to prevent future damage of a tooth and the process was done well. I hope my insurance is never out of network but even if they go out of network I wouldn’t mind paying OOP. Coco Jo Unclean facility, incompetent dentist. I provided my insurance information several days before arriving to my scheduled appointment and confirmed services would be covered and that theyre in-network. The assistant completed my x-rays and then the dentist came in and asked me several questions. She then told me they couldnt clean my teeth that day because they need to confirm that insurance will cover the service. I advised I was sure that its covered. The dentist replied, "Well, insurance can deny claims if the sky is blue." So, I clarify that shes not cleaning my teeth that day and she confirms that she is not. I had taken time off work for nothing. The exam they completed counted towards one of my annual exams for the plan year. Insurance again confirmed that the cleaning would have been covered. Dont waste your time or energy with these people.

Brenda Conkel I was with my last dentist for 33 years until he retired. I didn’t think I would ever find another dentist like him. I saw Dr. Carr and her assistant today and they were awesome. I was a little anxious about seeing a new dentist, but they made me very comfortable. Unbelievable for someone about to have a root canal and crown!! Dr. Carr was excellent and I hope to follow up with her every 6 months, or more if needed, for many years to come. The girls in Dr. Carr’s office, were very helpful and friendly. I know God was watching over me today and I’m grateful my visit went well.

My medically fragile adult child needed compassionate and delicate treatment for his oral health. After a lot of research and suggestions, we found Dr. Willison - and what a blessing! She took the time to understand and assess a thoughtful treatment plan. I am so thankful to have my child in such extraordinary hands, while also obtaining much needed peace of mind. Kelly Rushing I was out of town to visit my daughters for a week and the first evening in town, I lost my veneer on my front tooth. The next morning I contacted my daughter’s dentist at 9 am. Dr Linda Cha Masek told me to come in at noon. She worked me into her patient schedule and what she did for me was nothing short of amazing. Not only did she see me at the spur of the moment, but I left with a PERFECT replacement which was color matched just right. If Dr Linda did not see me, I would have had to return home early due to the discomfort. Dr Linda and her staff were WONDERFUL! Thank you so much! Dr Linda, please move to Ohio, soon!
