1 /5 Cody Roberts: READ FIRST, as there are multiple comments addressing the same issues. I think they are just charging the insurance up erroneously and then charging the full amount to people. Why is it not just one and done: pay the copay after the appointment, pay the balance that insurance didn’t approve, and move on? I have no issue paying my balance; however, they have asked me for money now 3 times, with different amounts. I was not on a payment plan wtf am I being requested to make multiple payments.

That day, they only planned to perform a deep cleaning and schedule the treatment plan for a few weeks later. They spoke to my insurance company and stated that the service cost $1326, but insurance agreed to cover about 1000*. Therefore, I paid the remaining $210.
On September 6, 2024, I received a message from Bill.Care informing me that I owed money. I promptly paid another $234. On March 9, 2025, I received a message of an adjustment of $130.41. However, when I called that day, they informed me that I didn’t owe any balance.
On March 12, I received another message stating that there was a balance owed and that I needed to schedule an appointment. Despite telling them several times that I had moved and had already paid the balance, they called again to schedule an appointment on March 19.
On April 18, 2025, I received another message from Bill.Care informing me that I owed $439.41. So, in total, I owe $883.11? 1326-883.11‎ = 442.89My insurance has already paid $573. When I called today (4/18/2025), the clerk said, “Oh, well, your insurance paid less than what they said they would.” I asked, “OK, did you guys call to verify the charges prior? “ she said “they just closed the claim on 4/15/2025. “ (9 months later?) I remember being told about a treatment plan’s cost, which I signed for; however, the treatment plan never happened as I canceled my appointment. So then what am I being charged for? Oh, your deep cleaning was verified to be covered. OK, please send me the confirmation that they would cover the cost and the treatment plan for the deep cleaning and the treatment plan for the extra work at a later date. And I’ll call the insurance company. Can you explain why there was a $ 130.41 adjustment?” I got nothing; she just went on saying, “ I’ll send that right over.”
