1 /5 Danny Behrens: Very disappointed. I decided to give this place a try because I wasn’t too fond of my last dentist. I’ve had the same insurance for the past five years and know that it covers my cleanings and X-rays. I only ever have to pay a certain percentage for cavity fillings. I received a surprise bill for $67. When I discussed this with the office, they advised that it was for part of the X-rays. I contacted my insurance, and they confirmed that they covered this 100%, meaning I don’t owe anything at all (sent me an EOB too). The bill from Knox Village Dentistry is honestly very misleading compared to my insurance charges. I simply don’t owe anything to this office, and this needs to be corrected. I shouldn’t have to keep calling back. I’ve switched dentists before, and I will be again.

5 /5 Jordan Burks: Great dentistry. I went when I had a cracked tooth and they were able to squeeze me in next day. I went back 6 months later for cleaning. I loved both dentists I saw and would recommend this place to a friend of family member. Also had a great goodie bag on the way out
