Jessica Jeter This place is awesome in every way! Dr.Booth was great with my daughter and she approved of him wich is next to impossible. Because of bad past dental experiences my daughter was scared of going to the dentist but not anymore! Sam the dental assistant went out of her way to make sure she was not scared and completely calm before she cleaned her teeth. Between the exceptionally great child care that was given the play area, tablet section and movie theater she loves it and cant wait to go back! And to make it even better they have message chairs for the parents. Definitely hands down the best dental office Ive ever seen all the way around!

A few days ago, same tooth broke off a little, so I came here on a friends recommendation. They treated me professionally and accurately. Also, everyone was kind and Treated me like family. I didnt feel any pain and was comfortable while receiving treatment. This dental clinic, which has become a very precious place to me, is truly the best. From the time I checked in with a very friendly and helpful front desk to working with Minnie who took my vitals and X-rays I was treated warmly and professionally. Dr. LaPointe is the best! kinzee binsted Dr.Lykos & Her lead Dental Assistant Mary Alice are super sweet and gentle ! I have really bad anxiety and they made sure to explain everything to me and made sure i understood. They listen to your concerns and get the treatment done. They take their time with you and make sure your doing okay through out the treatment! I recommend them for anyone with really high anxiety like me or for anyone in general!

I came in for a consultation, and Dr. Long saw I was in pain, and was kind enough to pull the tooth instead of making me schedule another appointment for a later date. I had my first deep cleaning and had a local anesthetic that was injected in my gums, this was the only hard part of the process. I felt like the entire team cared and was genuine. Monica A Place was clean, however I was not very satisfied with my first appointment here. My dental insurance had limited list of providers so I tried going here. I understand that there were a huge line up of patients so maybe I felt the dentist was in a rush and could’ve given more options about my problem but they just gave one solution and quickly walked out of the room. I also thought the services here were extremely expensive. On the other hand, I would like to acknowledge my hygienist Corina and the girls who took my X-ray for taking care of me.

Rbeatz Best dentist office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Ringger helped my son with extraction and cavities. He did an amazing job and was great with him even tho it was tough. There is an indoor play place while you wait and great animal decorations throughout and even TVs on the ceiling so the kids can get their mind off the teeth work. Highly recommended

justin jones My past experiences led me to hate dentist visits, but Calallen Dental was different. It was a very pleasant experience. The staff was nice and did a great job of explaining procedures and pricing. The dentist and her assistant were amazing. I almost fell asleep while being worked on. Needless to say my family has found a new dentist office.

Valerie Escobar Every single time I come to this dentist they are quick to get me in but take forever to get you out. It seems like every time I go theres something else wrong with my teeth and the out-of-pocket expenses are ridiculous. When I say I cant pay then all of a sudden the amount goes lower like if theyre trying to charge me the most that they can. I read a lot of reviews on people questioning whether they try to make you pay more to make more money and I believe that it is true. How can you quote me work that needs to be done to a specific tooth for $3,000 and then when I tell you I cant afford that you bring it down a whole $1,000. It doesnt make sense they try to tell you things to make you pay please get a second opinion when coming here.

Brenda Zarate-Vargas First and last time here. The video games and cool superhero theme caught my attention. Worst decision ever, my appointment was at 12:30 I get a call at 11 that they are having trouble with my insurance they get it situated I arrive at 12:20 then there’s another issue with insurances that is something they have been aware of months prior. A ton of paperwork per child. One hour later they finally do X-rays on my kids 30 min later they take them in. Parents beware they do not allow you in the cleaning rooms with them. 2 hours later my kids are still getting a “cleaning” it’s just ridiculous. Never again! Don’t let the glam fool you. Update!!! At this visit the dentist told me all three kids had MULTIPLE cavities. I thought that was odd as none of my children have ever had cavities. They were persuasive of doing the treatments that same day although they were beyond busy. I was over this dentist and decided I was going to get a second opinion a week later my kids see their old dentist for the second option and to my shock they have ZERO cavities! Aventura dental was trying to scam me out of hundreds of dollars! Beware!!

Dragon5027 5 So far weve only gone for a consultation so Im removing 1 star to account for that. Front desk is polite but doesnt keep you that informed despite the small location, so another -1 for us waiting an hour without knowing when wed actually be seen. Without the prior two criteria though, this place seems like 5 stars once you actually get to the doctors themselves, very knowledgable, very affordable. Our estimate is half what I budgeted for and a quarter of what wed pay at other establishments. Would like to have a better understanding of when we will be seen the next time were at the front desk, but the rest is faaantastic!

Donald Turner Ive been outside the US for over 22 years. For this reason, I have really bad teeth, as dentists simply are not available in my previous location. I called many dentists and actually visited one other before making an appointment at Lone Star Family Dental. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted and treated very well by the entire staff. I was quoted a very reasonable price for a cleaning, x-rays, and an evaluation of my teeth. At the moment, I dont need any work, but we do have a plan for the future. Ill be back in 6 months for a follow-up. I highly recommend Lone Star Family Dental.

Jon Roberts Scheduling was incredible - got me in within a few days. The office was organized. The people were all pleasant. The doctor actually sat down and spoke with me about my options (in the past, the doctor would come in, poke around in my mouth, and leave without more than 2 words). Taylor Slack Very clean office. The staff was super nice. Dr. Vela actually took the time to explain what he wanted to do and why things were occurring with my teeth. The Hygienist actually took her time cleaning my teeth and making sure she got everything cleaned properly. Even though I have insurance this is also the most affordable dentist I have visited. I absolutely loved this experience and will definitely be staying with them!

Diazepam Epinephrine Got some bad teeth, been to alot of dentist all over the place my whole life including the jail house (I just say yank em). Finally gonna start on getting some fake ones though... my own set of pearl snaps :) . Out of all my dentist this guy is definitely the best Ive encountered.. it was a tie... until I started adding things like Dr. Velas character, and that he actually speaks English (other guy was Vietnamese). Ill be going back to Dr. Vela for sure. My wife even said she wants to start going to him.. shes full of good ideas apparently. :)

Dennis Howard I have been using Vela for a few years and was never impressed. The staff front and back were ok. The week of my appointment(appointment was made six months prior) the office called saying they no longer took my insurance which is thru medicare. Terrible timing and unprofessional. Go somewhere else, don’t think Vela would care anyway.
