Denisse Perez Horrible service‼️ from putting the man to do my nails for them other lady’s to continue watching the phones to not telling me the color I picked was glow in the dark to cutting me while filing when I was saying it hurt to burning my feet with the hot towel the whole service was horrible.

Areily Flores I went in for a simple shellac pedicure and ended up going to urgent care. The owner took out an ingrown nail that was not bothering me at all and made me bleed. She said it normal. Later on that evening my toe was red and in so much pain. I had to go to urgent care and sure enough I got an infection. I called the owner back and she said it was my fault. I will never go back to her and make sure my family doesn’t either.

Vanessa Meza Employees are rude. Especially to Spanish speaking customers trying their best to communicate with them. They use unsanitary tools. Drill files are not switched out for every customer, the same nail clippers are used for everyone. I could go on and on. I just wouldn’t recommend coming here. If you are willing to spend money to get a service done, go somewhere else.

Brandy Jones I have been going to Lovely Nails for over 10 years. I have had Mai doing shellac and nail art for all 10 years!! All of the ladies are amazing and friendly!! The shop and always clean and professional ran. My entire family goes there and I have had several friends see my nails and I recommend them to the shop and now they have been going there for years.

Candice First time coming was yesterday. I loved this place. They prepped my nails correctly and took care of my cuticles first salon ever to do that. Amazing customer service. Super friendly. The $40 pedicure was AMAZING and they actually did everything it included along with actually massaging!! My nails turned out beautiful!!

Heather C I don’t know who was at the table number 8 Saturday 7/20 wearing a dark blue top but if I knew her name I’d request for her every time. I’ve never had someone do my nails in acrylic to were I love them. Usually they are thick around the edges and I hate the way it looks. She did them so beautifully that they look like my natural nails. She was also very quick with it. 100/10

Olivia Lane Easily the best nail salon Ive been to. The manicurist did a stunning job, the price was reasonable, and it was so clean and nice inside. I came in as a first time walk-in with a Pinterest photo of what I wanted and the man did exactly that. Amazing customer service, quiet and gorgeous interior, I cant give enough praise to this place. They most definitely have a customer for life. (None of the skin damage is from the stylist, I have a skin picking condition and my nails are a hot spot when I dont have them done.)

Sunny Nicole Young Memory Nails & Spa has a very positive and welcoming aura from the moment you step inside the door. Its nicely decorated, clean and very well maintained. Every visit I leave happy with my nail overlay and pedicure. My husband loves them too.!They also provide (exact) matching polish and shellac. I like my hands and feet to match. Thank you! You guys are appreciated. Everyone is so nice. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Faustina Tran I’m not particularly a person who likes to get their nails done, but this place was incredible. The atmosphere was very nice as the ladies spoke in a gentle tone and always made sure I was comfortable. I asked for short, square shaped nails in the color white. My nail tech, Nancy, did an amazing job. The background music wasn’t too loud, the place was hygienic, and it felt luxurious. Will definitely be back.

Isabel Burgess Lazy nail tech destroyed my nails by using a drill to remove all coats of shellac instead of soaking, then proceeded to use the drill to buff and remove cuticles. My nails are now so extremely thin that it hurts when I bump into things or just simple tasks. I tried to tell them when they were using the drill that it hurt but they just continued anyway. The owner/manager is very nice, but the nail techs are lazy and rude.

Haley Lisbony I ALWAYS come to see Megan at Milano. All of the people at Milano are amazing! They are always so nice, do my nails perfectly, and even if there is something I want to change, they always make sure I leave happy!!! Just got my nails done for my bachelorette party (Mamma Mia themed)! I also attached some more i’ve gotten done here :)

Allison Pike Megan is the absolute best nail technician! Her designs are far superior than any one I’ve had before. Megan and the salon provide a high quality experience the moment you step in the salon. Give them a try! You won’t regret it?

Rachel Medina I truly enjoyed getting my nails done here! They were very kind and gentle to my nails, super easy and friendly when doing them. This is such a nice place to go. 10 out of 10. My nails came out so beautifully I’m in love.

Jhoselin Rosales Do not recommend, went for a pedicure and had to tell them how to give me a pedicure. Had to ask to cut cuticle, cut my nails because they mainly massage you. They dont paint your nails right, went about 4 days ago and nail chipped off (color and nail broke as well) paint is very light like if they dont do enough coatings. Cutticle is actually showing around the nail when it isnt supposed to if they wouldve done their job right. Each person charges you what they want. Some say $30 other $35 for a basic pedicure.

Emine Olive I dont worry about choosing my manicurist because everyone I come into contact with has done an excellent job. I love the service and quality of work. The staff members are attentive to customers comfort during treatments, adjusting seating or lighting as needed. Da-Vi Nails is the best. The people that did our manicure were nice and made sure they were not hurting us.

Yuri Sanchez Very unhappy with my hair cut, I gave the lady specific instructions on how I wanted it cut. I asked for long layers with only the ends cut off. My hair should still look long, I told her. It took me two years to grow it out. The lady just made a mess of it. Im so upset with the way my hair was cut. She messed it up so badly that I wanted to cry of anger. I hope it grows out quickly. It is clear from the picture on the very botton that my hair was long. The first picture was what was requested. What I got was the middle picture.

Nathan I love how professional and clean the salon was. I really enjoyed the customer service that was given, they were very helpful and friendly! I wanted my hair pink and they did it just the way I wanted. If you ever need a good place to dye your hair this is the THE SPOT! They took care of me and cleaned me up pretty nice.

Kayla Harris Very rude and aggressive. Never going back. My boyfriend and I went and she had an attitude the whole entire time. We were serviced by the darker skin toned lady. On top of that she hit my boyfriend and I rudely instead of just asking us to move our arm. Very unprofessional, I advice everyone not to waste your time and money there. Your whole service will be rushed and done incorrectly. For my first time going there it was a horrible experience!

Arleth Mascorro Very bad experience, I took my little sister and she’s only 9 years old she just needed a refill and this lady she’s darker skin than her coworkers cut her acrylic nails off instead of being gentle and removing them properly with the acetone. Also she then filled in her nails all sloppy she got the acrylic all over her fingers and made her nails bleed with the file even when she said it hurt. She’s currently in pain and job was done so messy and not professional at all. This place shouldn’t even be in business!

Dania Higueron They did some really shotty work on my acrylic nails. The nail tech applied way too much acrylic. Almost an oversized blob and was left filing for a long time in order to correct her mistakes. I chose a simple square nail design with two colors and it cost me 35 dollars. I usually go somewhere else where I would had been charged 27 but this is closer to my house. Also, the lady cut me on my right hand ring finger and near the base of all of my nails she filed too much and the color was extremely faded. Will not return.

Jacqueline Santos This is long overdue, but it came on Friday morning. Sara did my beautiful nails, and the theme is Valentine. Susie did my pedicure, and it was terrific. It was immaculate but elegant, which I appreciate. Everyone was so nice. I enjoyed a little bit of red wine, and they have different packages for every type of budget. It’s almost a month, so I’ll stop by soon.

Kryketkay 00 I had an amazing experience at Nails of America! The staff were welcoming and professional, and the salon had a clean, relaxing atmosphere. My dipped nails turned out perfect, with a fantastic range of colors to choose from. The customer service was outstanding, making me feel truly pampered. I highly recommend La!

Bebe Trevino First time and last time!!! The lady acted like she didn’t want to do my full set - they are bumpy, acrylic and white powder all on the cuticles and sides of my nails.. I had to tell her to fix 8 out of 10 fingers cause the powder wasn’t placed on sides.. just horrible- i don’t understand why work at a nail salon if you can’t give 100 percent customer service.. oh mind you she was trying to becareful with her own long nails.. while doing mine.. I’ll stick to the chinitas!! One more thing- I don’t even think they are licensed!!! And they are definitely not sanitize. Using the same tools, no cover for pedicure tub, the foot scrubber was nearly done like there was no use in it. Just ashamed,I will definitely will be calling the . BBB .....

Kara Nguyen I came here for the first time two days ago. I was there to get my eyebrows waxed. I sat in the chair, the lady proceeded to put wax on my right eye and dropped a huge amount of hot wax on my eye. Hot, sticky wax all over my eye, eyelashes and below. She spent 10 minutes trying to clean it up. She finished waxing my eyebrows. 2 days later the skin above my eyebrows has broken out into hard red bumps, it looks horrendous and my right eye still hurts from the hot wax. Do not go here.

Kris Carroll I went back and forth whether to leave this review because I really like the people in this salon. They take the time to remember your name, offer something to drink and do quality work. Now…my time is very important to me. I work a full time job and quite a bit of overtime. I have a huge problem when I feel like my time is not important and being wasted. I also hate to be lied to all of which happened from my regular lady. It is a shame because this is the second time I have left this salon. I really hope the owner(s) read this and correct this issue. Regardless, I won’t be going back.

Patti Santos Today I got my Pedi done Kim which she is excellent but MII did my nails and she did a horrible job... I point out the my finger nails was filed incorrectly she got upset and started to make face and talking on her native language...it is the first and last time I go to this place...

Andrea An affordable place to get your nails done. The only downside is the wait. But if you go in early you’ll get out in 2 hours. Paid 100 for 2 sets of nails, not basic nail design a good hand drawn design. Super nice girls working there. I always recommend this nails salon

Valentina Sequera oh my God I love it here. They take such good care of you. They have very high quality designs and products but on top of that the service is so special and kind which matters most. Absolutely loved themmmm!!! HIGHLY recommend my friends! The prices are also super budget friendly and you don’t have to worry about the quality not being good, like I said they are very good and have been there for yearssss!

Steve Franz Great job on my hair, beard, eyebrows.... Tina does an excellent, soaking, Pedicure, that keeps me from having ingrown toenails, on my big toes. Less trips to the foot doctor, to have them cut out.... Its best to make an appointment, she does get busy at peak times...

carlos amador As a guy getting his first manicure I wanted to check around with other guys and listen to what they said. I thought ok at least I can get an idea of what a manicure will be like. So a few thoughts on my horrible experience with Tina and TD Hair & Nail. She was busy when I arrived the first time which I can understand - no where is there any mention of appointment or calling ahead - still I wanted to go somewhere another guy had suggested so when she said to come back at 2 I said ok. Fast forward to 2 and I arrive - she is busy and apologizes for being busy. Even after telling me to come back at 2. And made no effort which reflects on the quality of service and the low disregard for others. If you are reading this and/or were considering coming here - do yourself a favor and go somewhere else - you can do and deserve better.

Kimber CHRISTINE IS AWESOME! As a nurse, Ive never been one to maintain my nails...they never look good for long...BUT! Christine started me on shellac and I will be loyal forever! Chilled drinks and a layed back atmosphere...Still have to mask but...SO WORTH IT! Great prices. a wide range of colors. and right on my way home! Definitely recommend this place!

Amy Morgan Awesome experience! I live in Cypress, but came across town to get nails done with my mom for her birthday. The ladies were very nice and did a great job with shellac manicures and pedicures. Angela, in particular, did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend this establishment. We will be back!

Mindy Mora So I was charged $47 for this. I was charged to put glitter on one finger. We had an appointment for 2 people at 8:30 before the business even opened, and I’m just leaving at 11:00. The whole point of coming in early was to leave early. I needed to be at work at 10. They only had one person working on our nails. I am never coming back to this place.
