A V Wish I had read the reviews. Horrible service. WAY overpriced and can’t even do the job right. I never feel bad for not tipping but I was charged $15 for eyebrow waxing and on top of that left looking the same as I walked in. I feel robbed. There’s like 10 other waxing companies places on that strip. Try another one. DO NOT GO THERE!!

Sarah Walker I recently switched to this nail salon after my last place made me too uncomfortable with people fighting over business and I was always told they couldn’t do matte nails. I was so happy to hear that Texas Deluxe could! I’ve been asking for years at my old salon and I’ll say Texas Deluxe will keep my business! They are always punctual, polite and very clean!

J JP Im so disappointed in this nail salon. Ive been searching for a place thats open according to its posted hours and provides quality service, but this salon definitely isnt it. During my visit, I constantly had to tell the techs to stop buffing and filing so much. I kept jerking my feet and hands away, cringing at the feeling. The pedicure and nail art were mediocre, and while the manicure and nail set looked okay, my fingers bled for a whole week afterward. Its been two weeks, and the inflammation is still there. The attached pictures show my nails bleeding three days later. Ive never experienced anything like this. I hate that COVID caused many good nail techs to retire or move away. I miss the techs from when I was in high school who actually cared for your nails and ensured they were healthy. These days, techs seem only interested in making money, not realizing that quality work is what keeps customers coming back. I contacted the salon about the situation, and they offered me medicine. I told them I had already put medicine on it. This should have been a coaching moment for their techs. I wont be returning. Ill just continue to drive an hour away to get my nails done.

Claudia S I was skeptical to stop by because of some of the reviews. Let me tell you Isabel went above and beyond to make sure my nails were how I wanted them. She did them based off descriptions as I did not save the inspo vid. They turned out better than I expected. I will be back!

Anna I was a walk- in. Had my nails done here for the first time. I have to say Isabella was very gentle and easy with drill while doing my nexgen service. But not liking the topcoat polish she put on. It was brushed on the cuticles and looks like cuticles are dry. Thats why I did 4 stars. Might try this place again but Ill see how they hold up in the coming days first.

Lilia Ibrahim I love how they did my nails!! The staff is so so nice and I was given a complimentary drink and snacks. I walked in and the lady in the front was super super helpful and I really appreciated that! I got a deluxe pedicure and I got acrylic manicure!

Kayla Huey Mai did a fantastic job! I showed her a picture of ombré dip nails she did from another review and she did it no problem, even adjusted to do more pink color to compliment my skin tone. I specifically said I don’t want them wide, I want skinny and she knew exactly what to do no problem. That’s a true artist! Very kind, good conversation, and super fast without affecting quality. 10/10 recommend and will be back!

I love getting unique designs and often get compliments on my nails after leaving the shop. The staff is friendly and accommodating and I have recommended this shop on several occasions!

Melissa Ward Changed owners and have gone down hill. You pay with credit card and there is an extra charge now. How about just putting it in the pricing instead of making customers feel like an inconvenience. Shop is crowded together and employees are not friendly . Lucky for them it’s a busy area but they won’t have many return customers unless they change the way do business. Justin has better options.

Sai Vaishnavi Karumuri RUDE FRONT DESK LADY So I went in for dip nails and during the process the lady who was doing it used a hard nail filer that cut my skin and my finger started bleeding. I told the same thing to the lady at the front desk and her reply was- “she didn’t do that intentionally” like seriously??? No one does that intentionally but it’s their responsibility to provide a good service to their customers. This lady at the front desk was really rude while I was talking and ignored my comments. Her attitude was really bad. Giving one star only for her behavior. This place really needs a nice person in the front.

Nicole Vanderheyden Went for the first time today. They did amazing! Joanna did my dip manicure and offered ideas and made sure they looked amazing for our upcoming vacation! Amy did my pedicure and they also looked great! Tracy also did a great job getting my husband’s feet to feel great for him! Will definitely come back again! Great service!

Cris Good vibes, Trixe and Dan are both very talented nail techs. They did my girlfriends nails and it looks pretty and FANTASTIC, like my girlfriend. Heavily recommend going here, the price is worth it and I would even say they go above and beyond for the price. Fantastic work!

Both individuals who did my toes and nails took their time and ensured they came out perfect. Extremely impressed with my Gel X nails/design. Couldn’t be happier! Found my new go to place!

LoLo Mac I had a dip powder manicure with Tommy and my daughter had a French tip full set with Thai. We were welcomed in a very friendly and kind way, even with no appointment. The salon is very clean and pretty with plenty of space and very comfortable seating. 12 pedicure stations! I will be back for a pedicure next time. There is a cute bar and we were both offered refreshments and made very comfortable. Thank you!! See you again soon!

Michele Mason Thai has been doing my nails for years! Love the new shop and the great service with attention to detail. Thai and Tina are true professionals. I highly recommend them! They never hurt me and always make my nails beautiful!

Aisha Campos First, I really wanted to like this place. The students were nice, just really not concerned with doing the best they could...I got acrylic nails on one week ago today, the thickness varied nail to nail and the nails were not straight. Today I had several fall off. I have to use my hands tomorrow and cannot have a few nails half on, so I soaked and removed them. One nail had a cut across the nails and was bleeding before the nail came off. I saw the signs saying an instructor was monitoring, but never saw an instructor come over and actually look at what the student was doing. This is really sad...I was fine with letting students take their time - I was there roughly 3 hours getting the full set put on. I was easy going and kind to the tech helping me, but I dont feel they were properly overseen or prepared to work on the public.

Kayla M This place is a joke they don’t answer the phone so I walked in twice both times the place is completely empty besides the students stuffing their face with food. And I always get “ we are booked up” how are you booked up when you there is not a soul in the building. Makes no senses what so ever. Don’t waste your time or patience even coming here.

Ashley R Nunez Had such a great experience at this location! Angela worked on my hair. She was so friendly and did a great job. I felt so welcome and everyone was so helpful. Everything was clean and well kept. The prices were reasonable and my hair looked just as good as it does getting it done at a regular salon. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Lesli LaDuke Found Nina after searching for a small salon to take my elderly mom to for her first pedicure. She cant reach her toes to do them herself, my dad would do it but he passed recently. Shes also hard of hearing. Nina turned out to be exactly the kind of nail tech we needed! Her place is cozy and comfortable and she was super understanding and caring about my moms situation. My mom really liked her and felt seen and understood! Really wonderful experience and we will be back, I wanna go for myself soon too!

Autumn Gomez I can’t say enough positive things about Nina. I had the pleasure of meeting her today. She did an amazing job on my nails! I’ve been getting them done on and off for decades and she is by far my favorite manicurist. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and happy at every step. Amie McNiel Inails is the most beautiful place I’ve been to and Hannah is the best everybody. There is wonderful but I always like to go to my Hannah. She does wonderful job and the best designs. The shop is gorgeous and everyone’s very nice and friendly.

Kenna Albino Hana and Henry are PHENOMENAL. Everyone I interacted with on the staff was AMAZING but Hana and Henry went above and beyond. They were kind and took their time making sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them!! I loved chatting with them and watching them work so methodically. I brought in a photo of how I wanted my nails and they turned out even better than the inspo. Everyone on the staff made sure I was well taken care of. I will definitely be back to see Hana and Henry!!

Panda_ I had Gene as my nail tech and he was the best nail tech I’ve had there! I came in with a design I wanted and he knew immediately what to do for the design, and he was also very funny and talkative! I felt very wanted there and it was the first time a nail tech tried talking with me there. My nails came out a little chunkier than I usually get, but that’s on me for not communicating that I like thinner nails.

Bristol Putney I had my first appointment at the salon with Nini. She is absolutely amazing and did beautiful blue chrome with bows on my nails. She is so sweet and does amazing work! Highly recommend!

Jaci Spann I have a standing nail appointment every 4 weeks. My best friends daughter turned 16 and wanted to treat her to a pedicure and get her nails done, I called 3 different times adding and changing types of appointments. Y’all were so accommodating and treated us like royalties. I been getting my nails done here over a year and it’s because of the people!

Hawkins Frankie (Frankies Selfie Station) If you’re looking for a PAINLESS wax, Zee is the one for you !! Her technique is unmatched and her wax is perfect!! She’s extremely fast and very professional! Her suite is welcoming and always clean. She has the best playlist going along with great conversation each time I book with her. I definitely recommend Zee’s services! You won’t be disappointed!!

Sydney King I got a pair of custom press ons and they were fabulous and very durable 10/10 exceded my expectations!!

Michael Abrego This was my first visit to this location. I have usually gone to a location out in Dallas but the location is very far, but very good. I have had a tendency to be hesitant on trying new nail salons after a bad experience in Grapevine. This visit, was one of the best locations I have been to! And as it was my first visit, I now have another place to go to that is MUCH closer to me and the staff was EXTREMELY friendly! Definitely a go-to location if you need some amazing work done!

I was so impressed by the amount of time and detail that they put into making sure my nails turned out amazing. It was my first time ever getting nail and they really cared about getting it perfect. Alexis As good as I had in Thailand and Vietnam! A great deal and nice staff. If you’re looking for a fancy spa experience this may not be the spot, but if you want a great massage and no bs this is the place! Had a private room and the music was a nice and at a good volume. I do wish they used sheets instead of towels, but it didn’t negatively impact my experience

Ivy The massage is okay. The towels are really rough. Normally massage places use sheets oppose to old towels. 85% of the massage was decent. The lady at the front desk asked me to pay before the service, said due to machine issues, which I thought was odd. She ran my card just fine in a matter of seconds. Typically you pay for services like this at the end, but I didn’t oppose. Then at the end of the service the lady at the front desk did not like my tip and asked for 18%. I was kind of appalled. Due to customer service alone, I would not return.
