You move the fronts to the rear and the rear to the front. Do not cross front tires just balance and mount back onto vehicle. The rear tires must cross rear tire on the right moves to left rearside after balancing. Verse with the left rear moves to right rear after balance tires. And when you mount new tires on the red dot and yellow dot are there for a reason. You move the tire to line up with valve stem to yellow dot evenly. The reason is to help with the balance of tire and less to none bouncing of tire as you drive the vehicle. So please train your guys right or replace the lazy guy for a new guy that doesnt mind do it the right way.
