Smith Family I scheduled an oil change appointment the day before and was required to enter my vehicle type, contact information, and service history—especially since I’ve had oil changes done here before. I arrived early and was promptly helped by a customer service rep.
Right away, I was told they didn’t have the oil filter my vehicle needed because it was under recall and out of stock. I asked why I wasn’t notified ahead of time, especially since they require my vehicle type to book the appointment. The rep asked the lead, who claimed they don’t have access to that information and can only see my name and appointment type. That made no sense to me—why ask for all that info if no one actually reviews it?
A few minutes later, the rep came back and said they could do the oil change if I paid $13.99 for an upgraded filter. I asked if a discount could be applied, since this should’ve been communicated in advance, but the lead said no.
In the end, I felt like I got hustled into paying extra. Poor communication, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Disappointing experience.

Brandon I had the best experience going here for a tire change. I was greeted by a service rep named Aiden, he immediately helped me out and got the information for my tire change. Very fast service, very cool guy, I will be coming here again for my next tire changes.
