Groneshia Rogers I had my semi truck towed here after breaking down, we initially agreed on one price. I called the company for an update, none was given. However, I was not told it was something other than what I was originally told wrong with my truck. There was no approval given or invoice sent, to confirm and approve new charges. The original price told was 2k. My approval nor an invoice was sent for the new repairs which the total came out to almost 5k. Do not send your truck here this place is a scam. They also try to get over on women. I do not recommend!

Mr Honest Bee Broke down in Big Springs over the summer. My Recommendation is to avoid this Garage. Generator/Alternator was replace. The part was listed as ~$130.00 and the work took less than an hour. The final repair was just south of 500 dollars. That comes out to $350.00+ an hour. AVOID!!

Texas T Waiting dang near 2 hours to get someone to look at my tire. 25 bucks to just put my spare on since I needed to get back on road. Gentlemen at counter were polite though.

Donna Spratt We had a blowout on I-20 near Coahoma, Tx and called Dons Tire Service in Big Spring, TX for help. Travis said theyd be there within 1 1/2 hours after they completed a job. Less than 1 hour from my call, Curtis drove up, and quickly changed 1 tire on the truck and 2 on the camper with heavy traffic whizzing by the entire time. From my initial contact to getting the tires replaced, they were professional and efficient. Everything you want in an emergency situation. Highly recommend.

Angel Douglas This place is a hidden gem ! I got a flat tire about 100 feet from here and unexpectedly it happened in the perfect spot . These guys didnt hesitate for a second about helping me out even when I had nothing to give them in return . They put everything on hold and set me up with a new tire and labor a cold drink and a place to relax with good company I cant thank yall enough truly your a God send . ❤

Samantha Perryman Working for the post office, flats are inevitable, but Amanda and Ray always make sure that we are taken care of quick fast and in a hurry so we can back on our route. If you are looking for a friendly, fair price; Franklin and Sons is the way to go! 10/10 would recommend!

Lisa Phillips We were on day two of a 7 month camping trip and had a flat just outside of Big Spring TX. Franklin and Sons went above and beyond our expectations and ordered a tire, which arrived in 1 day and then had us back on the road within 24 hours of our incident. We can’t recommend this company enough to show our appreciation for their help. 10 stars.

Karl Tibbetts One star! My dealer used these boys to put a bedliner in my new truck. First thing I loaded scratched the bed clear to metal. The coating just peeled off. Being a coating inspector I ran the measurement of the thickness....its 11 mills. Industry std is 60 to 80 mills for your 2 part rhinos and line x products. I had dealer ask vendor about problem and dealer was told thats it. Shop said we buy individual cylinders and thats what you get....but we will respray it for another fee. Heck of a guy.... Bottom line is he sprayed on some trash and wont stand behind his job. Be aware.

Attorney Troy Moore He came right out when I called, even though he was about to close. And he had the tire that fit my camper. Neto for the save!! Very prompt service and fast!

shawnandaustin austinandshawn Service was better than I expected! Came to fix my truck as soon as I called him and had it going in less than 2 hours! Called multiple mechanics around big spring and got stood up until I called him. Very reasonable priced too, he picked up the parts I needed and drove to me to fix it! Will be using him from now on without a doubt.

Alston They are awesome here. Really make you feel taken care of. When I pay for a service I expect to receive just that, some damn service. No one seems to do what you pay them to do anymore. But here they go above and beyond. Very professional, very helpful, and even go well above what they have to do to make sure you are satisfied with their services. I’ll be going back for sure whenever I need some work done within their scope. The gentleman did a great job on my truck, and the woman that communicated the whole process to me was a joy. Thanks guys!

Grace Grubic Big Spring Collision Center was such a pleasure to work with! They were able to take a miserable situation and make the best of it. My husband and I were on a road trip when we were hit by an 18-wheeler just outside of Big Spring, 4 hours from home. Luckily everyone was safe, but the front end of our car was crushed. From the minute we walked in to Big Spring Collision Center during her lunch break, Stacy helped us through the whole ordeal. She was knowledgeable about the insurance claims process and explained everything to us patiently. She gave us realistic expectations about the timeline for repairs and kept us updated about progress along the way. They pointed us to a local car rental so we could continue our trip. When our car was finished we were expecting to have to make an 8+ hour round trip to pick it up, but Todd, the shop’s owner offered to deliver it to us in Fort Worth! They did such an amazing job with every detail of the repairs, our car looks brand new! I can’t recommend this shop enough. If you are in the unlucky spot of needing serious car repairs, they will completely take the stress off and you can rest easy knowing that your car is in very capable hands and they will do a fantastic job. David Sun Five stars and shout out to the crew at Big Springs Walmart Auto Center! Mike, Jose, Matt, and Nathaniel helped me so much when I had a blow out on the 20 hwy on a Sunday. This was the only shop open nearby (100 miles), and the team got my tire changed and on my way quick and smooth. Got home safely and grateful for this team of great folks.
