1 /5 Kenia Martinez: While in the store, someone stole my daughter’s purse. We asked the manager, Liliana, if she could check the cameras because she has personal-sensitive information. She basically said no. The cashier double scanned a few items and I noted before leaving so we went back. They immediately went to check the cameras for that.
Its interesting how they couldnt do it just a few mins before leaving with the purse but they can with the double scan.
What poor management! These things happen. Double scan, it unfortunately happens often, that is why I always check.
The way the manager handled it, wow. Very poor customer service. We didnt go to look around, just dropped over $500 in just that 1 visit.
