4 /5 Victoria Sledz: It had been a while since we had stopped by JCPenney. The first floor looked busy with plenty of women’s & children apparel, a shoe dept, and various household merchandise, etc. Upstairs the men’s department, while there was plenty of inventory, there wasn’t many designers to choose from. It was much more quiet. The store was clean, tidy and organized. I’m happy to see that this historical franchise is still around for us to shop at. We didn’t find anything this time, but we hope to visit again soon.

5 /5 Nelsha Jiwa: I had a very good experience with Munira ..she is very helpful , kind and friendly..it’s very rare these days to find anyone to help and suggest you! She gave me the best customer service even after asking her questions to make sure I wouldn’t have any trouble after making my purchase.. she was so patient and helpful!! Go see Munira at first colony location! She won’t disappoint you!!

1 /5 T N: I told my mom about the pink tag $5 clearance and that she should go early morning since I have to work. My mom came in there at 10am and picked out some pink tag shoes. She even asked an associate earlier if the pink tags were $5. They said yes. She went to check out. The cashier tells my mom it’s $90 for 4 paid of shoes. It should have been $20. My mom asked why? The cashier said you need to apply for a JCPenny credit card. My mom didn’t think it was worth it and just told the cashier to put it on hold. I called my mom after work to ask if she got anything. She told me the whole story. I told my mom this is a complete lie. That cashier was trying to scam my mom into opening a credit card with JCPenny so she could get credit and money for opening up credit cards for customers. I’m extremely disgusted with this employee here. My mom is very timid because of people like that cashier trying to force my mom to open a credit card. My mom wasted her gas and time driving all the way there for nothing. To be mistreated because that cashier thought she could take advantage of her. I will be reporting to corporate.

1 /5 Tutti: Avoid JCPenney’s online jewelry protection plans—total nightmare! I purchased a necklace online along with a lifetime protection plan. I picked the item up via curbside, but realized immediately it wasnt right and returned it to the store within minutes of it being brought to my car. While the necklace refund was processed, the jewelry department supervisor refused to refund the protection plan. She told me I had to call an "800 number" found in my email receipt to get my money back. I checked my email thoroughly; neither a company name nor a phone number was listed anywhere. After I insisted multiple times, she finally made a call and gave me a number for the insurance, but not yhr name of the company. When I called the company (Asurion) the next day, they informed me that they cannot process an immediate refund. Instead, I have to send an email request and wait for them to mail me a physical check. This is absolutely unacceptable. A warranty should be automatically cancelled and refunded the moment the product is returned to the store. Save yourself the headache and do not buy their protection plans online. Once they have your money, they make it as difficult as possible to get it back.

3 /5 Caroline Mensah: First picture visit at this location (last appointment) however have been coming (not as frequently) for almost 2 decades; so much has changed OR photographers (new experience) made it seemed "so changed" not sure :/ Kind & super sweet however a few "Im not sure" answers promoting a response, please ask and be sure. Place was clean, organized & IF I were to return....might be in hesitation; would prefer MORE experience to catch things like showing under garments, suggestion to fix pose, move hair back/forward, enhancing a shot, looking for eye contact, glasses glares; more suggestive poses (our party had to suggest a few). Not a bad day JUST not a wow, as past experiences and other locations.
