DXL Big + Tall - Sugar Land (TX)

1 /5 Jason Cano: I visited a few stores in Houston. Got great Customer Service from the store at. 5393 WESTHEIMER RD. The gentleman helping, talked about working with other locations in the past. I moved from San Jose, the Bay Area, back to Dallas, and now visiting South Texas for a few days. He helped me call this store in Sugar Land to hold a shirt for me. I drove 45 minutes in Houston Traffic to make the store purchase. While at the checkout counter, the guy was explaining an Email he had received regarding “X” amount of money off on his next store visit. The same email I received, which expired on Jan 22… she gave him $20 off using a store coupon that she pulled from a drawer and then gave him an additional one to use at a later date. I asked for the same deal and was refused. I’ve spent $480 today and could not get the $20 off…. This is not how you treat a long time customer. I will never shop at this company again. I’ve spent a lot of money with your company over the years and that ended today.

4 /5 Nicole Jones: I appreciate the availability of clothing in my sons size. However, I would be pleased to see more significant discounts. I recently spent $200 on an outfit and shoes, but I am still content to have found his size.

5 /5 Jeremy Meyer: I found the Sugar Land DXL earlier this week and went to see about finding a suit. I’m a big guy, so it’s not always easy, and this was one of the first experiences I have ever had with really helpful people who seemed to care. I found a great suit, great fit, and great price. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. If you want a place to shop that really takes the hassle out of big clothes shopping, get to DXL. Thanks for making this a great experience!
