5 /5 CJ Ratliff: Don does this job with excellence. I came in looking for wool slacks. They looked so great I added a matching jacket. Don measured me, and marked them for tailoring in house. I’m picking them up in less than 3 weeks tailor fit to me at an alteration total of $85. It’s nice to have a local full service shop for tailored clothing. Thank you Don. May God bless you brother.

He made sure suits fit perfectly and explained all the options clearly. The rest of the staff was also friendly and supportive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. 5 /5 Bruce Powell: I have a wedding that my son is in 10-18-2025. We ordered his tuexedo jacket and it was supposed to be shipped to me Wednesday 10-15. It didn’t show up, I called customer service and the cancelled the order . In a panic I came to the joseph Banks in Sugarland and met a young man Named Roman whose service skills ate second to none. He is doing everything in his power to help. I will sing praises for him to anyone needing personal assistance with clothes and suits. Thanks Roman!!

1 /5 Hasnain Momin: I stopped by just to look around, but the lady working there kept forcing herself to “help” even after I said multiple times I was just browsing. “You need my help” is the exact words she said and I had to tell her my size, even though I never asked for her help but she didn’t leave me alone. She had an attitude the entire time and even tried to recommend me some size that clearly didn’t fit. Honestly, someone like that shouldn’t be working in customer service she needs to be fired. I have never lost my cool, but this was the first time in my life, I almost snapped. Left and never coming back to this garbage store. People like her are the reason I stick to shopping online, absolute disgrace keep your sassy arrogant behavior to your self, never in my life in Sugar Land have I witnessed someone so terrible at their job.
