5 /5 Laura Caldwell: I had an unfortunate situation I had to deal with and recover in the hospital for 9 days. I was on the 2nd floor and every single person from housekeeping, techs, nurses, the mri tech, Drs., food service asking about food preferences - every* single* person* I encountered, on every single shift, including nights and weekends, for 9 days was so kind and helpful. I did not have one bad experience. It also happened exactly this way a couple years ago when I was there for a similar situation. They were completely amazing and that’s why I chose this hospital again. I can’t say thank you enough for being there for me during one of the worst times of my life. You handled me with such care and every single person deserves a raise. They can’t possibly make enough. Thank you so much.
