    Cynthia Alston Wood: Let me first say this in no way reflects on Lori Reeves, Myra, or her side of the office. They have always been thoughtful, competent, and professional and my whole family feels well looked after by Lori and her staff. Unfortunately, Lori was not available when we called last week to schedule an appointment for my oldest child, who also happens to be on the spectrum. He simply needed an ear irrigation to help an uncomfortable and frustrating wax blockage. He was scheduled with another provider in the same clinic, Cindy. Now my husband is a fully disabled war vet who is treated at this same clinic for memory issues related to his service, but he now repeats everything and writes it down when told appointment times. Last week he was there in person for his appointment and was told 1:30 appt time for our child and he immediately text me that and put it in our family calendar app. Upon arrival today ( before 1:30 ) he was stopped at the front desk and asked to provide our son’s social security number. We have never been asked this before and he had to call me to look it up. I found it and he relayed it to the front office staff. Only then did they tell him sorry. Cindy says your appointment was at 1:15 and you weren’t here so she won’t see you. Now mind you. I had to see this woman a month or so ago and I had to wait on her 35 minutes past my appointment time yet managed to do so with grace and without deciding to be an awful human about it. Now I’m here trying to validate actions I can’t excuse to my child who is uncomfortable and has been for days, who we just told to “make it until Monday” that doctors really are good people meant to help but this one.. well, maybe not her. So if you have someone on the spectrum, need a bit of understanding or compassion, or are a veteran family DO NOT accept an appointment with Cindy at this office. If she’s in a mood she might just arbitrarily refuse to see you for a random made up reason YOU or your child had zero to do with. We already have another appt scheduled with Lori at her earliest availability and will never let our kids be scheduled with anyone else here.

They do not treat them well, especially their manager Katy Torres, who instead of correcting her staff tells me to take my daughter to another hospital, and I slander that I offended their staff in English, which I dont even speak, how am I going to offend them in their language if I dont know it. Anyway, dont take your children there

    Ashley Hooper: I’ve had it with this place. I’ve given them multiple chances, overlooking things that would annoy anyone, but I can’t anymore. The lack of communication is unacceptable—emails, phone calls, even messages through the pharmacy go unanswered. They repeatedly require me to come in for the same updates, charging $200 each time. Each visit involves long wait times, understaffed teams, and unprofessional behavior from the staff, including the doctor. Their judgmental attitudes and expressions make it clear they’re not interested in making patients feel understood. Instead, they make you feel judged and looked down upon, which is the last thing anyone needs in a medical setting. After countless attempts to reach out, I finally heard back, only to be told they wouldn’t refill my prescription without another $200 visit. This is for a medication that costs less than $20 for a 3-month supply—but when you factor in the cost of these unnecessary visits, it quickly adds up. Now, I’m left to suffer through withdrawals due to their delays because I refuse to pay them another penny. This place is clearly more interested in money than in patient care. It’s baffling how they have such high ratings. Fool me once, fool me twice—never again.

Now they will not refund my money. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. apart from this. it was a nice place with efficient staff.

    Mike Kosmo: Dont let the nurse Taylor deal with you. All she does is make inappropriate jokes about serious matters, doesnt actually give any information when asked, hardly knows what patient shes talking to as if she cant be bothered to look at records before speaking (and has revealed private patient info to us from other patients due to this). Absolutely horrific. Our actual doctor was great, but if Taylor comes stomping with her ear bleeding laugh, run.

    Bricker Pamela: The dark haired, heavy set woman covering the check-in for imaging is the worst at customer service Ive ever experienced. She was so busy gossiping that it took her 5 minutes to ask me if I needed help. After that she acted as if checking me in was an inconvenience. Shes been there for a few years and hasnt gotten any better at working with people. She needs a position that requires her to move around and not deal with the public. Theres an issue every time I go there and she checks us in. SMH...just because someone shows up for work every day doesnt mean theyre good at their job.

    Jennifer Edwards: This office doesnt answer the phones, doesnt call in RX correctly or until days later, has 221-DOCS field all their calls to avoid patients was the exact words used. The 2 ladies I saw there were kind and smart. No notes are entered on Patient Portal and theres no way to send them a msg. If you dont need communication with the Dr and have all day to sit waiting to talk to someone @221-DOCS this is the office for you!
