5 /5 Norma Veloz: Reception desk Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Pitts and his NP Tessa they are both very caring and take time to listen to your concerns. The nurses are so welcoming and professional. The facility is very clean and attractive. I would highly recommend this practice for your health care needs.

I was impressed by the professionalism and I’m hopeful they can solve my heart issues. Great job everyone from the front desk, the sweet lady at the Quest Lab Draw and my favorite part was Don in the Sonogram dept. What a great place to find all your answer in one place. And the Doctors are knowledgeable and he listen to me and he ordered test for That Day! Bravo Waco Cardiology. You people don’t mess around! Thank You for that!

5 /5 george mitchell: Love the facility. Awesomeness when you walk in , friendly staff. Ease of scheduling and work with my scheduling. Nurses take time to get you ready for doctor. Doctor comes in with a reassuring smile and handshake. Everything is in one place so you dont have to run around town.

He was understanding and explaining his plan of action in terms I could understand well. I was very pleased with my visit. If only every health care facility was like this one.every staff member that I’ve encountered has been super kind, helpful, empathetic and caring. Saying I highly recommend this facility is an under statement! I absolutely love this place! I’ve been there multiple times and they are so amazing!!!
