Staff was great, cordial and helpful and i have been coming here to where Dr. Khan knows me better so she’s becoming familiar with what I need. She had great advice and we had a nice talk. I was thinking of switching because Village Medical is not in my new insurance’s network but I would prefer to stay. I’m very comfortable here. Thank you.

3 /5 J D: If you have other choice, may be reconsider other clinics. Village Medical staff are unprofessional, no smile, no welcoming, nothing! Chit chat around and left customers unattended sometimes. Doctors are nice and helpful but absolutely not the staffs. The other thing I don’t like is the kiosk for labcorp, a lot of elder do not know how to do it, staffs not even offer help instead standing around chit chat. Waiting for getting the lab done is a forever thing! They have 3 rooms but service is super slow. I got bruises after the withdraw. Overall, bad experience!

3 /5 Annum Sajid: Love Dr. Lee but front desk gives a hard time with work notes. If we have a virtual appointment and then we’re issued lab orders and we come in the day after which is expected they wouldn’t give a work note for the visit?. Please fix this process.

5 /5 Jazzie J: What a great experience! Kara my intake nurse was so caring and friendly. She made sure I was comfortable and she was so personable. My doctor was also very caring and took time to explain everything to me. I didnt feel rushed and left feeling informed and welcomed.

Karen Brown: I am very disappointed with this doctor. It took me 6 months to get an appointment with her. She didn’t really listen to my concerns about my symptoms. Lowered my thyroid medication then sent me home. When I reached out on mychart which is the only method of communication and takes 2-3 days for response she told me she couldn’t adjust my medication. She kept referring to the original medication I was on Not the one she changed me to. She didn’t even bother to check my file to see what I was taking. Needless to say I found a wonderful new doctor that I can actually communicate with and keeps track of my medications.

Clarisa Mirei: How does this place not have any reviews? If I was a patient I would be raving about this doctor. Thankfully I am not a patient but my mother is. She has been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. The very first day I took her she was so nervous she wanted to cancel. We are grateful she didn’t and that I insisted. Dr.Bandyopadhyay made her SO happy and I mean SO happy. It takes a lot, my mother has been through a lot. This doctor has been an answered prayer. He CARES. I can see it and my mother can see it and I’m just very thankful, thank you! Follow doctors orders! My mom has already started losing weight and on the road to a healthy life

Carolyn: Ive come here multiple times and referred multiple family members to Dr. Adli. He really is the best in the business and Id give more than 5 stars if I could. I had previously had a less than positive experience at this clinic with a receptionist who is no longer working there (for good reason). Following this, I was personally contacted by Dr. Adli and he apologized and redeemed the entire organization in my eyes. Ill never go anywhere else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

She canceled my session when I asked for reasons to paying $125 visit fee to get a simple refill from the pharmacy. Sylvia Guerrero: Im giving 5 stars based on the way that my mothers NP Ms Kathra Wickam treats her. My mother has been seeing Ms Wickam since July of 2023. Each visit she is so kind to us always answering our questions and focusing on ways to improve my mothers health. I highly recommend Ms Wickam she is a wonderful person. Access Health please dont lose her, your front desk staffers should take notes since they can be rude, passive and angry at the patients. Also expect a long wait time for lab work. I think the longest we were here was 2 hours and we ended up leaving. So brace yourselves newcomers.

Letty Alejandre: Dr. Quintanilla does not care about his patients, my husband has been without his medication for 2 weeks and we have asked the staff repeatedly to please help us refill his prescription and they refused to do so until he goes in to see the doctor, however the doctor is completely booked fir the next 4 weeks!!! How is this allowed? What kind of medical facility allows their patients to be without a needed medication for over 6 weeks due to how “busy” the doctor is! We also tried to book an appointment with one of the other doctors at this location and we were told the doctors agreed not to share patients so my husband has no choice but to wait 4 weeks to see Dr. Quintanilla to finally get his medication!!
