Sugar Land Vein Center - Sugar Land
Carolyn: Ive come here multiple times and referred multiple family members to Dr. Adli. He really is the best in the business and Id give more than 5 stars if I could. I had previously had a less than positive experience at this clinic with a receptionist who is no longer working there (for good reason). Following this, I was personally contacted by Dr. Adli and he apologized and redeemed the entire organization in my eyes. Ill never go anywhere else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Anwar Faizunnisa MD - Sugar Land
Emma Okoh: This is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. She broke HIPAA law by revealing another patients diagnosis to me during my session with her. She canceled my session when I asked for reasons to paying $125 visit fee to get a simple refill from the pharmacy. Get a doctor that actually cares for their patients and is willing to answer questions.
AccessHealth Richmond Clinic - Richmond
Sylvia Guerrero: Im giving 5 stars based on the way that my mothers NP Ms Kathra Wickam treats her. My mother has been seeing Ms Wickam since July of 2023. Each visit she is so kind to us always answering our questions and focusing on ways to improve my mothers health. I highly recommend Ms Wickam she is a wonderful person. Access Health please dont lose her, your front desk staffers should take notes since they can be rude, passive and angry at the patients. Also expect a long wait time for lab work. I think the longest we were here was 2 hours and we ended up leaving. So brace yourselves newcomers.
Kimberly Coonfield MD - Rosenberg
Ivonne Galea: Doctor Coonfield is super nice, she pays attention in everything you say and all the detailed. She reads previous visits comments to take the best option. The nurse Martha is amazing as well. I’m so happy with this amazing people.
Houston Methodist Primary Care Group - rosenberg - Rosenberg
Letty Alejandre: Dr. Quintanilla does not care about his patients, my husband has been without his medication for 2 weeks and we have asked the staff repeatedly to please help us refill his prescription and they refused to do so until he goes in to see the doctor, however the doctor is completely booked fir the next 4 weeks!!! How is this allowed? What kind of medical facility allows their patients to be without a needed medication for over 6 weeks due to how “busy” the doctor is! We also tried to book an appointment with one of the other doctors at this location and we were told the doctors agreed not to share patients so my husband has no choice but to wait 4 weeks to see Dr. Quintanilla to finally get his medication!!
Houston Methodist Emergency Care Center in Cinco Ranch - Richmond
Courtney Bolt: This is the best ER Ive ever encountered. No wait time whatsoever. Nurses are so professional and the doctors truly care about their patients. 100% recommend!
Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital - Houston
Q B: Customer service is good here all areas are clean and they have coffee/ water for you while you await.
Houston Methodist West Hospital - Houston
Ty: I have been admitted onto the neuro floor, the surgery floor, and the observation floor. All three times I have had a pleasant experience. Doctors and nurses communicated well with me. They let me know what the care plan was going to be. When I called for care, someone responded in a reasonable amount of time. Geraldine was very attentive and helpful. I always had a safe discharge. This last visit was almost an unsafe discharge, but the doctors, physical therapists, and case managers collaborated further and made an aftercare plan for me. I was discharged with care.
Westpark Springs - Richmond
Nicole Lewis: *voluntary admission with insurance treatment If I could rate a place as negative, it would absolutely be this establishment. I understand with a behavioral health center theres definitely going to be conflict. All the conflicts came from the faculty. Intake process is "quick" as you spend anywhere from 4-6 hrs in probably an 9x6 room. Purposely engaging patients by responding "make me", gatekeeping everything but only when convenient for them. They pretend to have structure but the "groups" (independent activity or games) have no coping skills to learn unless from Google photocopy. Basic necessities took 3 days to receive, male night nurses coming to your bedside saying the reason you are ill is because you "arent gratified sexually" Absolutely expect no help here, not even stabilization. 90% of the staff has no actual empathy. Its definitely just a paycheck. Jaz, CiCi, nurse Bukki(even though we had words explained when I was upset) were absolutely wonderful. Special garbage notes go to "The Godfather " for the gross hysteria comments and I think Nurse Solomon? (Tall super skinny med nurse who talked shit when I was sick and told me no to an EMERGENCY visit). When I got to the hospital they said I should have been there days ago with how dehydrated I was.
