Ty: I have been admitted onto the neuro floor, the surgery floor, and the observation floor. All three times I have had a pleasant experience. Doctors and nurses communicated well with me. They let me know what the care plan was going to be. When I called for care, someone responded in a reasonable amount of time. Geraldine was very attentive and helpful. I always had a safe discharge. This last visit was almost an unsafe discharge, but the doctors, physical therapists, and case managers collaborated further and made an aftercare plan for me. I was discharged with care.

Nicole Lewis: *voluntary admission with insurance treatment If I could rate a place as negative, it would absolutely be this establishment. I understand with a behavioral health center theres definitely going to be conflict. All the conflicts came from the faculty. Intake process is "quick" as you spend anywhere from 4-6 hrs in probably an 9x6 room. Purposely engaging patients by responding "make me", gatekeeping everything but only when convenient for them. They pretend to have structure but the "groups" (independent activity or games) have no coping skills to learn unless from Google photocopy. Basic necessities took 3 days to receive, male night nurses coming to your bedside saying the reason you are ill is because you "arent gratified sexually" Absolutely expect no help here, not even stabilization. 90% of the staff has no actual empathy. Its definitely just a paycheck. Jaz, CiCi, nurse Bukki(even though we had words explained when I was upset) were absolutely wonderful. Special garbage notes go to "The Godfather " for the gross hysteria comments and I think Nurse Solomon? (Tall super skinny med nurse who talked shit when I was sick and told me no to an EMERGENCY visit). When I got to the hospital they said I should have been there days ago with how dehydrated I was.

Caramel 50 AfricanProud: I felt as though I was at a five star hotel at West Chase Hospital!! My experience was great and comfortable. Everyone from the phlebotomist to the nursing staff was awesome. All of the nursing staff provided excellent care and were all very professional. A special thanks to nurse Eddie who was supposed to be off but was called in and was happy to serve. I never thought I would be happy being in a hospital, BUT this experience made me quite happy. When I need surgery again, West Chase is my choice!! Thanks to everyone.

Yesenia Miranda: If there was a negative star I would rate that but there’s not!!! Please don’t bring your baby , your kid or anyone to this hospital . They take FOREVERRRRRR TO SEE YOU!!! My daughter is 10 months and felt out the bed . I went in because she had a big oh bruise in her face & got here at 9:40 pm . Got get vitals done real quick and was told she would get seen once they had a room . Did registration at 11:30 and it was 2am and no one saw my baby !! Had to leave to another hospital!!!

Heidi Wiebe: The nurses are negligent and biased. My sister had a heart attack and my parents had to wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes while a boy (not mennonite)with measles was immediately treated upon walking into the ER. I guess since my mom wears skirts my sister had to wait to be seen?! Mind you that my sister is nonverbal and disabled. Terribly disappointed in the lack of care my sister received here. They also took about 7 hours to get the transfer paperwork done to send her to lubbock, and during that time they didnt hook her up to an iv to get fluids going. Thank goodness for the EMT who immediately got an iv going when she came to transfer my sister. I would give 0 stars if I could.
