1 /5 Letty Alejandre: Dr. Quintanilla does not care about his patients, my husband has been without his medication for 2 weeks and we have asked the staff repeatedly to please help us refill his prescription and they refused to do so until he goes in to see the doctor, however the doctor is completely booked fir the next 4 weeks!!! How is this allowed? What kind of medical facility allows their patients to be without a needed medication for over 6 weeks due to how “busy” the doctor is! We also tried to book an appointment with one of the other doctors at this location and we were told the doctors agreed not to share patients so my husband has no choice but to wait 4 weeks to see Dr. Quintanilla to finally get his medication!!

4 /5 Kaitlin Duong: I came to this office for the first time today. Everyone was very, very friendly and professional. Dr. Stewart was great! She took my concerns and family medical history seriously and I never felt dismissed. I feel a sense of relief after my visit. However the 4 stars is because of the lab technician who did my bloodwork. She was not the friendliest. She was very rushed. And I have never had a painful blood draw in my life. It was incredibly painful, even during my drive home. I think she was in such a rush to be done she didnt care how she was doing her job.

1 /5 Penny: Dr Stewart absolutely does not portray professionalism or any sort of maturity. The facility and all other staff were wonderful, but a formal complaint is in process for this "doctor" who should not be allowed to see patients.

5 /5 Keatyn Young: I haven’t had a primary care doctor in years- so I’m so glad that I found Dr. Stewart at Houston Methodist! Everyone from the front desk, nurse, the doctor, to check out were so kind, organized, efficient, and truly listened and cared. I was dreading the waiting & long appointment but there was hardly any wait time and I was in & out in a very reasonable time.

2 /5 Christina: I’m new to town and wanted to get set up with a PCP. I chose this clinic because it was close to me and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Stewart because of the 5 star review that was left here. I scheduled a 1:15pm appointment for an annual check up. I was only told to arrive 15 minutes early, bring my ID, insurance card, medication list and form of payment (which I did). The front desk workers were very welcoming and nice. I also liked the nurse that checked me in. She was very friendly. However, I did not like Dr. Stewart. She came into the room, introduced herself and then proceeded to scold me for not fasting for routine labs. My last clinic NEVER made me fast for routine lab work. Plus, why would they have appointments past noon for things like this? Who doesn’t eat before 1pm? If I had known or been reminded, I would’ve rescheduled for a morning appointment. During my appointment, I told Dr. Stewart that I wanted to get set up with an OB/GYN since my IUD is due to come out this year and I would like start trying for kids. As soon as I said that, she gave me a puzzled look and asked “how long have you been married?”. I just wanted to get out of that room at that point. Why should my marital status be related to me wanting to have a child? I’m a 28 year old female who is married. Dr. Stewart was very condescending and talked to me like I was a child. She made me feel judged, inferior and stupid. She also looked at her phone while I was talking to her about my medical history. Didn’t even apologize for taking it out and scrolling through it while I was talking to her. When she left the room she made a very audible sigh. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or was annoyed that I didn’t fast, but that doesn’t give her the right to treat me like she did. I gave two stars for this review instead of one because the rest of the staff were nice, friendly and professional. The facility was also clean and my appointment was on time. (This appointment was a couple months ago. I’m happy to say that I did end up finding a new PCP at Kelsey-Seybold who is patient, knowledgeable and truly cares.)
