5 /5 Sylvia Guerrero: Im giving 5 stars based on the way that my mothers NP Ms Kathra Wickam treats her. My mother has been seeing Ms Wickam since July of 2023. Each visit she is so kind to us always answering our questions and focusing on ways to improve my mothers health. I highly recommend Ms Wickam she is a wonderful person. Access Health please dont lose her, your front desk staffers should take notes since they can be rude, passive and angry at the patients. Also expect a long wait time for lab work. I think the longest we were here was 2 hours and we ended up leaving. So brace yourselves newcomers.

1 /5 Syeda Rizvi: I am here to complain your staff location is 400 Austin St, Richmond, TX 77469,have not proper information about clinic and Drs. they wasted my time since 2 weeks which is regardless. I was searching dietitian and called two three times last week they dont have information and transfer my call to some other department again and again for tow hours, finally a lady need a referral and my all labs , Next week I went over there with my all labs the two receptionist Denay to accept my labs which is very sad to me they waisted my time . it should be more awareness employees in the big company .

1 /5 Beany Moose: If you have another choice then I would go with that, this is by far the worst place you can come to. Staff is incompetent. They do not understand the meaning of urgency and how to handle situations. Administration should really reconsider this before they get hit with a law suit. I visited about a week ago, made a follow up appointment for end of the month. Unfortunately my condition got worse and I ended up in the Emergency Room where concerns were brought up by the doctor and I was told to follow up with my OB/GYN with in the next two days. Called their office and was told they dont have any availability till the end of the month (even after explaining the situation). I will definitely be speaking to the higher ups but absolutely ridiculous. Will be making an effort to find someone else who can take the shitty insurance I have unfortunately.

5 /5 Jesus Romero: I want to give a big shout-out to Access Health, especially Dr. Son Duong (Adults) and nurses, for their excellent work and professionalism. You do a great job and help people who come to that health center. Thanks to your good work as a doctor, you detected my colon cancer in time in 2022, and today, thanks to God and to you, I am completely cured—merits and recognition to that institution and especially to Dr. Son Duong.

1 /5 Jessica Emig: The girl that works in the pharmacy pick up window is extremely rude every time I come. Updating Review: Yet again another horrible experience. The pharmacy called me on a Tuesday and told me my prescription would be ready on Friday. I took off work early to make it to the pharmacy within the hours to pick up my RX when I got there the pharmacist told me it won’t be ready until Monday.. This is unacceptable. As I was leaving, the pharmacist told me that I should wait to receive a text before I come pick up my prescription. I was going off what the pharmacist told me when she called me to let me know to come pick it up on Friday.
