5 /5 Billie Marks: This was one of the most Organized, Furniture Set Up, Nicest and Best Looking by Far Facility Ive been too. It was so different when I walked in with their lady up front to check ya in then you walk back to the back and sit and I was called not even 05 minutes later to go back. AWESOME

1 /5 Marcus Escobedo: Made a plan with the surgeon housed here and when it came to it, she changed the plan on the table after she gave me what she called the “loopy pill”. Trust me, don’t go here. UTMB is good, the staff is good, but the surgeon is not.

4 /5 Lisa Bennick: Nice facility. Has a calm clean vibe. Like that their is a lot of seating throughout the facility and your not sitting right next to each other. I appreciated seeing a nurse come out in the waiting area to calm and comfort a patient that was having a hard time. The patient that I was with was seen quickly .

Kindred Hospital Clear Lake - Webster

Cathy Yao: Kindred was very good at taking care of my father after going through a heart attack, cardiac arrest, and a stroke. He was bedridden and put on a ventilator while in shock trauma for over a month, but we were at Kindred for about three weeks and they were able to wean him off the ventilator and get him back on his feet. The nurses and respiratory/physical therapists there are very nice and helpful and the food is also very good quality. I would highly recommend this hospital for your loved ones to get better.

Michelle Hanson: Looking for new Physician. Been having severe pain on my left side under the ribs. So I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Guillermo over a month ago. 4 days before my appointment I got a call saying that my appointment had been "improperly scheduled" by their employee and it was being cancelled. They could reschedule me in 2-3 months with an NP. This is your mistake not mine, and I can continue to live in pain for 2-3 months or pay a lot more money and go to the ER for your mistake. This is medical negligence. My family and I are now looking for a new PCP that actually cares for their patients.

Iris Garcia: Bad place keeps any patients ( specially family members) away from this clinic, my husband had been scheduled to have surgery on his left hand for the dialysis fistula on May 13 at 10:45 and still 6:37 pm and the Doctor has not finished yet with the patients from last night, no voices had been heard from him yet. This is crazy and they overcharge insurance for these situations, if you have any surgery that needs to be done on this place please look for a second place if you dont want to die here

She is very rude when dealing with patients and, even worse, when non-English speakers come in, instead of finding help or someone to assist them, she just stares at them disrespectfully. This is not only unprofessional but also insensitive to those in need of support. The customer service at this place definitely needs improvement.

Tracie Mazoch: I do appreciate the low costs. But you get what you pay for it guess. Went in did labs. Stool samples and blood work. Started bleeding when I was doing stool saple. Ended up at the er that day. Er found major infection colon and inflamation and bleeding, takibg tons of meds now.coastal called the next day and said i had nothing wrong. All tezt negative and blood showed no infections. I had a fever when i went to the doctor on inital visit. Said needed to wait till labs came back to give me meds. If you feel something is really is wrong get a second opinion. Please. Dont trust there labs.

Carol Allegretto: My 78 year old mother was having chest pain and thought she might be having a heart attack, they checked her blood pressure and told her she was fine. My mother still didn’t feel well and asked to be taken to the ER. They told her she didn’t need to go and told her to sign a refusal of service form so they could leave. My mother told them she wasn’t refusing and wanted to be taken to ER. They bullied her into signing it. My brother had to drive 45 minutes to take her in. Tonight she called me (I’m in NC) with serious symptoms and in pain waiting on my brother to take her to ER (he lives 45 minutes away) I asked her to call 911 so they can send an ambulance but she has lost trust in them and believes they will provide transportation services to the ER. This is beyond sad. Shame on you!

Sigma Home Health - Galveston

Hana Salameh: Sigma Home Health took care of my mother when she had knee replacement. They were able to make her walk within 3 weeks. the Nurses were fantastic as they visited twice a week to do lab testing for hear blood thinner and change the wound dressing. The Nurse aid came 3 times to bathe my mom and take care of her hygiene, she did the bed and made sure it was fresh and clean. the receptionist was awesome, she always connected me with the nurse and the director if needed to answer any question. I have previous experiences with other home health agencies in Galveston when my dad was sick before he passed and I can attest that Sigma and its staff unlike any other agencies provided the top notch care my mother deserves without looking at how much time they spend at the home or on the phone. I recommend Sigma to any family taking care of their loved ones.
