1 /5 14mary Fraga: The service at UTMB’s front desk, specifically from Ms. Salazar, is very disappointing. She is very rude when dealing with patients and, even worse, when non-English speakers come in, instead of finding help or someone to assist them, she just stares at them disrespectfully. This is not only unprofessional but also insensitive to those in need of support. The customer service at this place definitely needs improvement.
