5 /5 V A.: everyone was so sweet, the front staff was very happy to help and the atmosphere was great the whole time. the nurses were all very kind and very sweet with my baby. it was our first time here and this is where i’ll bring my daughter from now on.

1 /5 Jas SBG: For the second time I’ve been told I’ll receive a call back to follow up with questions I have in regards to my child’s care and no one followed up. This is very frustrating due to the fact that my baby is experiencing discomfort in the process of waiting to hear back from the receptionist. The doctor is great however the receptionist are very irresponsible and unprofessional.

1 /5 kennie mata: Not informative at all. I brought my son whom was sick and all they did was tell me he was negative for rsv. No tips on what I should and should not do. They were more worried about pressing me on getting him vaccines. The assistants were very nice as well as front desk that’s probably the only positive thing I could say.

1 /5 Sherry Li: Ive taken my daughter to this location for care over the year but the office is extremely irresponsible in terms of completing and sending doctor notes and doctor assessments to my day care. Ive been told when I go in-person that theyll send the paperwork, only to learn Im currently out of compliance with my daycare because no one sent anything. I called the office multiple times and either no one knew what I asked for or no one answered. Its been over 3 months now dealing with this doctors office, avoid at all cost.

5 /5 Bill Johnson: My daughter Jordyn has been going to Bay Colony Pediatrics since she was born. She is now 8 years old and has never had a bad experience. The nurses and doctors here are polite, respectful and listen to her little silly stories. She actually likes going to see them when shes not feeling well. Recommended for any child!
