    Jewell Larmier: I had problem breathing thru my nasal passage . Dr Source operated on my problem miraculous the staff was the best, if you have ears nose throat problems hes the Dr. To see . I am doing great. Dont go there I got a infection from the surgery so bad, I have been so sick for 2months from the infection from the nostril, I have never been on antibiotics that long and still fighting it. Sorry for review on top

    Tiffany Boop: We were treated very well by Dr.Speck and his staff. The appointment was very prompt. Dr. Speck was very knowledgeable of the anatomy and his field. He gave us concise answers and was very helpful/comforting. 10/10 would recommend!

    Tammy Rohlf: Brought my husband in to the ER with what ended up being pneumonia. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, compassionate and explained each step of the process. The tests were completed quickly and his first dose of meds were given. Dr. Martinez was great, and from the nurses to imaging and lab we had no issues. We had the best experience here and if I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for taking care of my husband.

    Anabel Hewitt: The incident that happened October 2024. I brought my daughter in to be seen and was told I had a past due balance of $85. I told the receptionist that I could pay today’s copay, but could pay the past due balance next week. I was sent to talk to Carol and explained the situation and that I’d be happy to give them my card information so they could automatically have it withdrawn. Her reply was that she sent me letters about the past due balance. I explained to her that I did not receive the letters nor a phone call Carla told me it wasn’t their job to call patients. I just wanted to come up with a game plan to pay for the past due balance within just a week it would have all been paid and tried to explain the situation again, but then things began to escalate. She yelled at me in front of my daughters and I was kicked out of the office. I then called my mother in law, Amy, who came up and tried to deescalate the situation. She paid the $85 for me, and asked if we could still be seen. Carla then took us in the back to give my mother in law misinformation about the situation to make me upset so I would yell so she could kick me out for the second time. She just kept trying to start a fight with us. All I wanted was my daughter to get seen, so I didn’t fight with her! We live in Kerrville and if it wasn’t such a drive we would not have stayed. The other staff was incredibly nice and my daughter was able to see one of the doctors, that day. Because of this incident, I have decided to move my daughter to Kerrville Pediatrics . While the behavior of one member of the staff may not speak on behalf of the company, if you may be able to do so, kindly look into the behavior of this person to make sure that the incident does not happen again. It will be such a shame to have the reputation of the company be tarnished by a single employee

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience and express my gratitude for the exceptional care I received at the emergency room in this small town. From the prompt attention to the knowledgeable and caring staff, my time at the emergency room was nothing short of remarkable. Upon arriving at the emergency room on Sunday morning, I was relieved to find that the wait time was minimal. The staff efficiently managed the influx of patients, ensuring that I was able to see a doctor fairly quickly. This prompt attention greatly eased my pain and anxiety, setting the tone for the rest of my visit. One of the highlights of my experience was the exceptional care provided by Nurse Wilma. Her friendly demeanor and compassionate approach helped alleviate my fears and made me feel at ease. She was attentive to my needs, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout my time at the emergency room. Nurse Wilmas dedication to her profession is truly commendable. Dr. Martinez, the attending physician, demonstrated a high level of expertise and genuine concern for my well-being. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and explain the diagnosis in a way that was easy for me to understand. Dr. Martinezs professionalism and compassion were evident throughout our interaction, and I felt confident in his abilities as a healthcare provider. Upon learning that I had broken my Tibia and required surgery, I was introduced to Dr. Ritchie, my surgeon. From the moment I met him, Dr. Ritchie instilled a sense of trust and confidence in me. His expertise and meticulous approach to the surgery were evident, and I knew I was in capable hands. The surgery was a success, and I am grateful for Dr. Ritchies skillful work. Throughout my overnight stay, every single person involved in my care displayed a remarkable level of knowledge and compassion. From the nurses to the support staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. Their attentiveness and genuine concern made a significant difference in my overall experience. In conclusion, my experience at the emergency room in Fredericksburg exceeded all expectations. Despite being a small town, the level of care I received was exceptional. From the prompt service to the compassionate and skilled healthcare professionals, I felt truly fortunate to have received such outstanding care during a difficult time. I am incredibly grateful to the entire team for their dedication and expertise.
