2 /5 Toby Elizabeth: We absolutely love our pediatrician but we can never get anyone to answer the phone when we call the pediatrician office. I just called 6 times and no one answered. In the past I’ve had to go up there to speak with the girl working the front desk because they didn’t answer.

1 /5 Sergio: Can somehow never get them on the phone. Service is good when we go tho. Still unacceptable that we can’t call for an appointment change or questions that we may have. Edit: we changed doctors because it was near impossible getting them on the phone and we could somehow never get our doctor in the appointment

1 /5 James Hutchinson: I thought this place was good to begin with, but trying to make an appointment is a pain. Not only is it a pain, but who knows when they are going to be sick, so they schedule their appointment beforehand? Walk-ins are for sick babies and kids only. Ill be looking for a different doctor.

1 /5 Christy Scott: Had an appointment with MD Michelle Romero. The worst doctor ever. None of my issues were addressed or tended too. She told me once I could afford my blood work and X-ray that she would see me in 3 months. And didnt even tend to my other issues. Sent me on my way. I felt defeated once I left there. I will not return. She was horrible.

2 /5 Karla Wilson: It doesn’t matter which office you are calling you are on hold 15 - 20 minutes and then they can’t schedule an appointment only 2 months out….the calendar isn’t open yet for that.
