2 /5 Eve Like duh: The doctor my son has is amazing I love her. She is in pediatrics. No one EVER answers and if they do it is after youre on hold for about half an hour. The podiatrist never even showed up to the room I was waiting for over an hour in the room before I finally left after being in their office of total 4 hours. I always regret having to call to set up an appointments. Its better if you go in person.

1 /5 Sefika Sakinan20: The front office and the doctors are very good but it is really hard to reach you by phone and get appointment even if you get an appointment they give it 2 months later as it will be too late for my children.

1 /5 Karime Alvarez: Can never get a hold of the front desk. They have you on hold for about half an hour even longer before they answer. Appointments are very limited. Wait time is ridiculous. We’ve had to wait in the waiting room for 1-2 hours before being seen every single time. Also they don’t stick to one doctor even if you specifically tell them you want a certain doctor. I was told only sick visits will be with whoever is available but even scheduled visits are.

1 /5 Stephanie Varela: If I was able to go lower I would .. this Dr had an attitude the whole time I couldnt even ask a questions about my son with out her giving me a look.. not even to let me know she was sending medication until the pharmacy call me to let me know it was ready..

5 /5 Cynthia Maldonado: I have brought my son to Dr. Villarreal since birth and she is so knowledgeable and explains everything very well. Looks into any questions I have and makes me feel calm and heard. Great Doctor I really recommend her!
