1 /5 Mrs V: Although the service was decent, my MRI results were read wrong. Radiologist stated that there were no findings, when in fact I had a cyst as large as my sinus cavity that was causing my dizziness / falling, headaches, facial pain, constant congestion, and more complications with my sleep apnea. I dealt with these symptoms for over a year, even after numerous complaints that the MRI clearly showed something there. It wasnt until an ENT decided to look at the slides after my face clearly showed discontent with his response to my "ghoslty symptoms" that he saw what my neurologist had seen, deciding I had to go into surgery pretty quickly. They also failed to report that I had paid off my debt (which should have been dismissed for having incorrectly misdiagnosed me) to the creditor and have had this on my credit report for longer than it should be. I wont return again if I need radiology done of any kind.
