Madison Mckenzie: Been having good visits until recently the office people are rude and make you wait to even speak to them for no reason. They have the stuff being sent to the lab all messed up, it makes no sense to be waiting half an hour to drop a urine sample that needs to be in the fridge.

JasA: 10/10 Recommend this hospital!!! Do not let the bad reviews discourage you. I had my gallbladder removed this week and the way the entire GI staff took care of me, they were so hospitable, informative, and I truly felt like they treated me as a family member. Thank you nurse Ruthann you were absolutely amazing, as well as Brittany she was so informative with every step of the way, and a huge THANK YOU to Dr.Parcells for removing my gallbladder without any complications. I gave birth at Medical City Arlington and it was my worst experience ever, I was coming here with a little discourage based on the reviews and my past experience, I’m glad I gave them a try. So grateful, thank you Methodist Mansfield.

Carrie Shamblin: Dr Melde is an excellent physician her nurses are amazing. This review is specifically for Chris Wilkins who was disrespectful of my privacy and my time. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and she made the choice to NOT allow me to be checked in because I refused to discuss my financial issues publicly in the waiting room. She threatened to not let me see my physician of choice because she is the office manager and I dared to ask for respect for my time and as a human being. She admitted they do not have a HIPPA protected area and continued to discuss private and personal information across the waiting room. I am currently waiting to hopefully see my physician for serious medical issues unsure if she will let let me be seen or if I will be forced to suffer my medical issues without the medication I need to survive.

Jill Hill: Dr. Ellis and his staff were very professional and thorough. I was impressed with his diagnostic protocols to identify the exact problem. Dr. Ellis made it easy to put my spine issues in his hands. I would definitely go back to him again. Thank you Dr. Ellis, my pain is gone!

Darius Evans: My name is Darius, and I have been a patient at the Fort Worth location since the evening of Friday, February 14, 2025. My admission was prompted by a fall that occurred the previous Monday, leaving me in need of rehabilitation to regain my ability to walk. Faced with the daunting prospect of therapy, I felt anxious about finding a facility that would provide a supportive and reassuring environment. After exploring my options, I was given the opportunity to transfer to Texas Rehabilitation of Fort Worth. When I arrived, it was late in the evening, and most of the staff had already finished for the day, creating a quiet atmosphere that added to my anxiety. However, as soon as I met Shelia, the nurse assigned to me for the night, I felt a sense of relief. What truly stood out, though, was Angel, the patient care technician who was responsible for my care that night. From the moment I rolled through the doors, Angel exuded warmth and compassion that immediately put me at ease. She welcomed me with a genuine, radiant smile that conveyed a sense of comfort. Her friendly and approachable demeanor was far beyond mere professionalism; it felt as if she genuinely cared about my well-being and was invested in my recovery journey. Angel took the time to explain the processes I would undergo and answered my questions with patience and clarity. Her kindness transformed what could have been an overwhelming experience into a welcoming environment. For that, I am profoundly grateful. In those initial moments, I felt a glimmer of hope and reassurance, knowing I was in good hands as I began this challenging journey toward healing and regaining my independence. I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for several staff members who have made my experience here so welcoming, especially considering I have only been here for the weekend so far. My nurses, Shelia, Francis, and Robinson, along with one other nurse whose name escapes me at the moment, have truly impressed me with their professionalism and compassion. Each of them exhibits a remarkable level of dedication to their work and goes above and beyond to ensure that I am comfortable and well taken care of. They are attentive to my needs and have made it a priority to ensure that I never feel neglected. Additionally, I cannot praise the patient care techs, Angel and Lisa, enough. Their support has been outstanding; they check in on me regularly, ensuring I have everything I need and that I am doing okay throughout the day and night. In today’s world, it can be challenging to find individuals who genuinely care for others, but it is clear that Angel and Lisa take immense pride in their responsibilities. Unlike many who are solely focused on financial gain, these staff members exemplify a true passion for their roles and for providing exceptional care to their patients. Their commitment to helping others is a breath of fresh air and does not go unnoticed. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the physical therapy and occupational therapy teams. They have been wonderful throughout my recovery, and I appreciate the personalized one-on-one sessions and engaging group activities. The food has pleasantly surprised me; I initially had my doubts, but the meals are fantastic, thanks to the dedicated dietary team. I’m excited for Monday when I’ll meet the rest of this remarkable team. Their commitment to my recovery has made a significant positive impact, and I look forward to continuing this journey with them.

Megan Ramirez: I can not say enough good things about this place. The doctor, the nurses and the lady at the front desk were all so nice to me. I expected to be here at least a few hours. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. I will definitely use Complete Care Camp Bowie again in the future.

william barnes: We recently welcomed our son October 31, and our experience was outstanding from start to finish. The nursing staff went above and beyond, showing exceptional professionalism, care, and compassion throughout our entire stay. They made sure both my wife and our newborn were well taken care of, providing support and reassurance during this special time. Every nurse we encountered was attentive, kind, and truly dedicated to making the experience as comfortable as possible. We are grateful for the incredible team at Saint David’s and highly recommend this hospital for maternity care. Five stars all the way! Thank you Donna, Dr. Williamson and Dr. Fresques!!

Zach N: I cannot say enough good thing about my experience at St. Davids. From check in for my procedure to being helped out days later, everyone was wonderful. The nursing staff was caring, professional, and attentive. The doctors were also some of the best I have encountered. Having been treated in several different hospitals, I can confidently say that St. Davids is the standard for which I compare any hospital or care facility.

Master Design: Sat in my room for 5 hours with no updates on procedure I was waiting for. Nurses did not respond to call button. Even a request to speak with the charge nurse was ignored. My IV bag ran dry and calls were ignored regarding it. Highly recommend against this facility. Understaffed, unorganized and completely unprofessional. Follow up post visit: I waited 4 days for my procedure and when it finally came the equipment malfunctioned and the procedure did not proceed as expected by the doctor. I sat in the hospital and waited for my procedure accruing fees the whole time. Definitely recommend against this facility.

Jennifer Kirilova: We came here since we live super close by and I thought it would be quick, I was very wrong. They are super understaffed, idk how they are even able to be open? My son and husband had to knock (rather loudly) on the door to the back area after they had been waiting in the lobby and not seeing anyone. They have been there since a little before 4 am and still have not been discharged. It is now 7am. They’ve been waiting over an hour for “paperwork” to be printed? Great care, but I feel they need to address the staffing problem before continuing to see people in the emergency department. Next time we will go to Dell children’s as it’s much further but they are able to get us in and out at the same rate, if not quicker.
