I came here for the first time with Poncho, who I must say is an absolute sweetheart. He is really attentive and walks you through the process of whatever request you make. Poncho informs you of whether this will be a good fit for you based on the way your natural hair falls, which is wonderful since they are giving you a professional opinion and simply want what is best for you. I highly advise you to go. The atmosphere is great, and the staff is quite kind. I really enjoyed it and would definitely go back.
Zelene Zaleta: The salon has a great welcoming and friendly environment. I also loved the posh decor. The staff was very helpful and professional. I came to see Joe after many failed haircuts and hair color at other salons. Immediately it was evident to me that Joe was a master at his craft. I loved that he listened to my needs and desires and executed it beyond my expectations. Joe was also extremely knowledgeable and experienced! Amazing! I will returning to Petalos.

My friend suggested Castros Beauty Salon. Been a client for two years now. Mari, my hairdresser and owner does a great job. She always has entertaining stories to share and her fees are reasonable. I gave this business 4 stars because sometimes appointments are not always followed, but I recommend you call ahead. Overall I do recommend this Beauty Salon...

*update* schedule appointment for kids haircut and love the attention and detail they do in every client. They treated my girls like princesses. Really love their atmosphere and kindness.
Carcajou: Been coming here for years and setting up an appointment is such a hassle. The online booking system doesnt even work and whenever I do set one up, theres no one who acknowledges you when you walk in to confirm or to even set one up. Ive noticed 3 of my favorite hairdressers dont even work here anymore over the years Ive been coming and Im beyond grateful theyve given me their personal info to follow them.
