1 /5 Briana Munoz: So upsetting to see a business turn away a special needs client. They told my mom not to come back with my special needs sister because my mom told the hairstylist they didnāt cut her hair correctly. I am going to look for a different place that will hopefully be more professional & understanding for my sisterās hair.
Edit: to add to my review.. now this salon is blaming my mom for their actions.. my mom has taken my sister to another salon where the stylist does cut my sisters hair good & has the patience to attend a special needs child & my mom. So the fact that you would try to blame my mom when my mom is the only one who speaks up for my sister. My sister isnāt able to speak & stand up for herself. If she doesnāt like the haircut itās because when itās cut incorrectly itās very hairs to style. But okay, you want to blame my mom who has been taking care of my sister for all of my sisterās life and has never been kicked out of anywhere. Itās fine, God is the only one that can judge. If this is how you respond to a review instead of trying to fix the situation, then I have nothing more to say. Good luck to your business.
