I came here for the first time with Poncho, who I must say is an absolute sweetheart. He is really attentive and walks you through the process of whatever request you make. Poncho informs you of whether this will be a good fit for you based on the way your natural hair falls, which is wonderful since they are giving you a professional opinion and simply want what is best for you. I highly advise you to go. The atmosphere is great, and the staff is quite kind. I really enjoyed it and would definitely go back.

Carla and Memo did an absolutely incredible job with my hair extensions and color – the transformation is flawless, and the results are so natural. The color match was perfect, and the extensions blend seamlessly with my hair. I’ve received so many compliments already! Not only that, but Carla also did my daughters’ haircuts, and I couldn’t be happier. Each and every stylist are so patient and kind with my girls, making sure they were comfortable the entire time. Their hair looks fresh, healthy, and stylish, and they left the salon with huge smiles! Memo & Carla are truly masters at their craft, handling everything from extensions and color to kids’ haircuts with such expertise and care. My stylist was Melanie and she did an amazing job with the mess of hair that I had. I requested a full blonde and had minimal hair breakage (which is expected with bleach). Melanie was clear and explained every step of the the process. She took her time and gave me her full attention while I was there, which I really appreciate. It was a long process because my hair was different colors and damaged from previous salons, but Melanie was able to give me what I asked for and remain kind and professional through the whole process. I think I finally found my salon to return to and i 100% recommend Backstage❤️
