The online booking system doesnt even work and whenever I do set one up, theres no one who acknowledges you when you walk in to confirm or to even set one up. Ive noticed 3 of my favorite hairdressers dont even work here anymore over the years Ive been coming and Im beyond grateful theyve given me their personal info to follow them.

    Suzanne Lara: Was on an endless hunt for a GREAT stylist … then finally got recommended here by my mom . I must say They did a great job. They fixed a BAD haircut that some other salon had done to me… fast forward I’ve still been coming here and they never disappoint. I even tried my brow waxing today and MAN it came out perfect! Love this salon!

    Got Hydraulics: Love this salon! Very professional and I always leave with exactly what I wanted. Also love the privacy, its a small business and the owner is the only stylist so you must make an appointment and she DOES NOT do walk-ins so do yourself a favor and call to make an appointment. The bad review sounds like someone thats being paid to do reviews and didnt get paid to do this one. Very unprofessional? How? No one was at the salon and thats why no one came to the door and also hours arent posted so dont expect someone to answer if no one is there and you dont have an appointment. If you had an appointment I could understand how you could say unreliable service... You and your friend didnt. Go back to Master Cuts...
