2 /5 Carcajou: Been coming here for years and setting up an appointment is such a hassle. The online booking system doesnt even work and whenever I do set one up, theres no one who acknowledges you when you walk in to confirm or to even set one up. Ive noticed 3 of my favorite hairdressers dont even work here anymore over the years Ive been coming and Im beyond grateful theyve given me their personal info to follow them.

5 /5 Isabel Rodriguez: I received service from Claudia. Shes my go-to for my brows and today went in for a facial. The environment is so tranquil and she does a hand massage while the mask does its wonders. Definitely recommended and her services are very affordable.

1 /5 Sylvia Garcia: I made an appointment with Laura since last week for today at 4:00 PM. She texted me to confirm, and I called yesterday to ask about guidelines and customers and she told me she had only scheduled two customers: one at 11:00 y one @ 4:00. I called twice before I arrived but she didn’t answered. I even texted her and she didn’t respond When I arrived at 2 minutes before 4. She was coloring another customer, told me that she was very busy, that if I wanted to wait. If she had answered my calls or texts, I would have rescheduled. I left. She was very unprofessional and rude.
