1 /5 Reiko Brown: I stopped, Toepperwein Rd location, to inquire about the free testing listed on their website and greeted the female at the front desk, who didn’t speak back nor smiled. She kept a very stern face and informed me I would need a referral and labs, that it’s not for insurance purposes but their policy. My suggestion is to not state on your site that you offer free high blood pressure or kidney function testing if patients need a referral. If our primary physician is referring us to you, obviously our numbers are not where they should be & we’ll have a referral for this, not the free testing. Also, place friendlier faces at the front since they are our first impression of the establishment. I would never recommend anyone here. It’s bad enough we are dealing with medical concerns, we don’t need a bad attitude as we enter.

5 /5 Janice Marks: My first visit was December 11, 2024. Everyone was so nice, no problem. I liked Dr Zuman, I will change doctors because I preferred morning appointment and Dr Zuman doesn’t have morning appointments. The nurse in the lab is very good. I highly recommend this office.

1 /5 Uchenna Q.: The wait time here is ridiculous..50 mins to an hour wait to see the doctor. The only thing the staff says is ‘there’s a patient before you’. Then I’m thinking I should wait in the room forever?? Still waiting and very upset.*PS* My doctor is great! The only reason I’m still waiting to see him. I’m still waiting and I hear another patient complaining... his apt is for 1045am and mine is 1030am.. Update-: I’m still waiting here...almost 2 hours since I arrived. Total wait time in the room 1 and half hours..the staff here is SO rude! No apology whatsoever.. another staff said to me ‘there is a patient before you’, when I complained. No apology! No nothing! I have been fasting since last night just Incase they’ll draw labs. It is 12:30 pm- lunch time and these staff are so insensitive! The definitely need to be changed! All of them!

Ella Haag: If I could give the ER zreo stars I would. This ER had major issues that ran from sub par care to lack of supplies to lack communication. My mother arrived by ambulance. After being wheeled in they, my mother and the EMS team, were slow to be acknowledged in anyway. They did not have a roller to get her from the gurney to the hospital bed. They did not have pillows. They left the call button out of reach. The doctors tone was combative and belittling. And, they lied to her about the pain medication they were administering. I have no doubt the medical professionals working here are understaffed and under supported. That is not their fault. It is the administration and board that runs this hospital that has driven them to this staggering depraved apathy. Shame on them. However, I do fault the staff for the way they treated my mother. Only one person showed her any kindness and for that person I am extremely grateful.

A K: I imagine the people who left bad reviews dont understand their own insurance, most likely financially stuggling and dont have the inner peace to engage in outer peace with others. Theres plenty of parking, barely a wait and efficient healthcare. My experience from the front desk to physician Dr Ibrahim and Mefford has been phenomenal. Nurses and all staff extremely personable, courteous and helpful from drawing blood for labs to obtaining referalls for diagnostic work. I cant recommend this Direct Primary Care physician office enough - highly recommended!

Tiffany Davis: My dad had surgery today and the employees are so nice. They were very knowledgeable and made sure not only was my dad okay but me as well. The doctor doing the surgery was great as well. He came out to talk to me about the surgery and made sure I didnt have any questions. I had to call the nurse station to get an update about my dad. They called me by name, which shocked me because its a big city. Every worker that passed me in the waiting area spoke and checked in on me and the other lady there. His surgery nurse was hilarious and kept my dad in high spirits. I am glad he had his surgery here! Thank you all.

Cassandra: I was at this hospital two days ago with 103 temperature as soon as the doctor heard that I had Ptsd the first thing he said, as I’m not prescribing anything with benzodiazepine, although I didn’t ask for anything he just assumed that that’s what I wanted. I wasn’t given any kind of IV fluids and I had been throwing up. They didn’t check my oxygen level, they hardly checked on me the whole time there I was treated very, very bad So I went back to the ER the next day, the other oakbend Because I felt like I had shortness of breath and the lady at the front Had treated me horribly to I get my PTSD Causes anxiety, but nobody should be treated like this because of mental illness. I have struggled with this my whole life and this is how I get treated from both hospitals. I am truly disgusted by this by the doctor by the lady at the other one and I am going to see it that they are held accountable for their actions.

I didnt get her full name but I believe its Cindy and last name started with a B or K. I couldnt read it as she was turning away. But she looked at me and made a face like I was trash on the side of the street. How rude! Your suppose to help people not belittle them with your judgementall looks. Someone needs to tell her something.

Daritza: Despite the miscommunication of having me wait in the lobby for hours instead of prepping me for surgery this place still gets recognized with five stars. Every employee there was friendly, patient, and a great communicator with its patients. It was well structured on how they did things down at the ER (I’m not even sure how with how crowded it was but they managed well). The Registered Nurses assigned to me were very sweet, patient and made me very comfortable. Thank you staff of Memorial Hermann Sugarland and thank you to my surgeon for saving my life.

David Moris: I’ve had the worst experience with this office. Getting a referral is incredibly difficult — it feels like you might not even get the treatment before it’s too late. It took me nearly two weeks just to reach someone, and that was after calling daily without anyone answering the phone. Despite this frustrating experience, I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, when my clinic tried to contact them to initiate a treatment, they never responded. It’s been almost three months, and they still haven’t returned those calls. On top of that, I’ve been trying to reach them myself for days with no success. I am deeply disappointed and cannot recommend this place to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would. I honestly wonder how they’ve received all these 5-star reviews — perhaps from friends or family. I doubt I’m the only one dealing with these issues. Avoid this office if you value your time and health.

Initially, I contacted Global Imaging, which quoted me $900 with insurance. However, Richmond Medical Clinic managed to get me a much more reasonable rate of around $175 after coordinating with my insurance. The check-in process was smooth, with a welcoming receptionist and a prompt scan. The technician clearly explained the procedure, and I received a CD of the results immediately. What I appreciated most was the convenience—everything, including doctors, nurses, labs, and imaging, was available in one location.
