1 /5 Nick S: Terrible experience. They lied to me about my insurance coverage. Sent me to their partner company for physical therapy. Both companies told me my insurance covered the visits, which they were partially covered. Received a bill afterwards for the deductible amount, so the visits were not covered completely. Luckily I only went to 4 or 5 out of the 36 visits they had me scheduled. I was not charged until after I decided to no longer go, so it was only a couple hundred dollars instead of a couple thousand. Find a better company that is honest, this one definitely can not be trusted.

1 /5 D P: When they first open, it was a good clinic now it’s all about business and sales. Most of the good doctors have left. Multiple false charges to the insurance company. Trying to get them to pay for items that we’re not done and now I’m getting sales calls trying to get my insurance to pay for vital monitoring devices that was never discussed with the doctor yet I get sales calls so now they give your information out to others. Finance business department never returns Phone calls after multiple attempts even went into the office in person. Just sit there for 45 minutes. Finally left asked to send email information and she doesn’t in regards to false charges turned over to collections, paid since it was only a $30 copay, which caused me to investigate where I found all the other information described above, I was going to let this go due to convenience of location but now sales calls time to move on to another doctor since mine left the office, New doctor is just OK but all these additional issues it’s not worth it.

5 /5 gail binder: Have been a patient of Dr. Merritt for over 25 years. Compassionate, knowledgeable, actually listens to her patients. Melinda and Shonda always call me back, send in my prescriptions almost immediately and actually make me feel that they “Care”. Yes, phone service can be frustrating.

5 /5 Linda minor: Dr Dorothy Merritt has been my physician for a long time, and she is wonderful. She’s so very knowledgeable and friendly. Her nurses Melinda and Shonda are fantastic. They make up her right hand. They are always there to help and return phone calls or place prescriptions very quickly. I’m in good with with all of them. Thank you ladies.

5 /5 Beth Hammett: Excellent care! Diane really listens, offers treatments and options, and cares about her patients. The staff is considerate and helpful. My wait time was approximately 10 minutes. I like that I can make an appointment, access records, etc... online and that text messages remind me of appointments. Im very pleased with the level of care received over the years.
