My husband applied to be a patient, and despite accepting new patients his application was denied. They refused to give a reason and this was after multiple calls and follow ups, since there staff couldnt be bother to reach out. The front office staff are rude and provide a poor customer experience. I would not recommend and will be finding new care.

Their front desk staff have the worst phone etiquette, and treats every patient as if they’re looking to be prescribed heavy drugs when trying to set an appointment. I am new to the area, so I just need a new healthcare provider who can prescribe the medications I need. I don’t need your disgusting phone etiquette and judgement in the process. I wouldn’t waste my time with these people. You can’t even get in the door for a checkup with the physicians. I’m also calling their corporate office to let them know as well.

Dan Nix: I just got my 2nd Covid shot ... everything went much better than expected. The support people were competent, professional and friendly. I do understand that when I got this shot that most people have already gotten both shots. My time in and out was very quick. For the people with complaints thats also understood but this was a mass population vaccination and is extraordinary in every way. Hays County Health is not to blame- the Covid-19 virus is. I did learn a lot about the other health services and programs that are offered and was impressed with what they do for our community. Note that Live Oak Health Partners provides the healthcare services on the Clinic side. Btw, the facility is very clean and its well organized.
