1 /5 LC She: I believe Dr Palang probably has to many patients. I had 2 visits and decided to go back to my previous IM doctor at UTMB Houston. At the time of my first visit I was experiencing sinus and allergy issues. Dr Palang didnt take the time to look at my nose, throat or ears or listen to my chest, did bloodwork and scheduled me several months out. 2nd visit, I had asked him if he could possibly do a ANA blood test since I was already diagnosed with OLP an inflammatory disease and still struggling with fatigue, dry mouth, burning mouth and dry eyes. Dr Palang ignored my concerns had me do more basic blood work and set me to comeback in 10 months. I had no plans to wait that long, so I changed my PCP. Yes Dr Palang, I did need that ANA blood test, I have Sjogrens. Thanks for making me suffer longer.

Kelley Martin: Why do they tell us to come thirty minutes early and then make us wait 2 hours (and counting)for our scheduled appointment? Why do they ask you to fill out forms online/take pictures and it doesnt help or stream-line the process?? I assume its incompetence from the top, all the way to the bottom. I couldve driven to Houston, been seen, and almost be back home by now, and I wouldnt have to wait a fraction as long. If youre going to charge my insurance full price for your services, then you should have some modicum of the time, otherwise, we should be given a discount. There wasnt even a spot to sit in the waiting room. You will never change my mind that this operation is just a way to scam people/insurance out of money. In conclusion, if youre reading this, and you need to see a specialist, dont waste your time. Houston Methodist would NEVER show such disdain for their patients, and they see sooo many more. Do better, Christus.

Kori Kuritz: I was not really happy with Dr Musa when I first became a patient. After about a year, Ive found hes caring, considerate, he listens, and hes funny if you want to joke with him. I also have a special needs daughter who sees him, and hes just wonderful with her. Weve been a patient of his for 4 yrs. now. Just steer clear of his NP, Lauren. He has more than one though, in case you need an appt sooner than he can see you.

Janice Fontenot: 5/17/24 asked for reference , gave info. I got ear drops 5/17/24. No reference put in til after Memorial week end on 5/28/24. This Dr no longer taking patients and paper shredded up after calling the Dr that put it in. The office that just told Fontenot it would take 5 - 7 business days , thats in June 8 or 10 , 2024. End of May reach out the website for ENT . Closest we can get is 2 hour to Galveston. Did any medical person look at my left ear on 6/13/24 ? No ! Lets hope reference to Dr is correct , Im scheduled for July 1, 2024.Got the hearing test to show why I didnt hear my stove go off and we already know it at S.E.T.M.A. and was any worried enough to change my date. Oh , my just maybe 5/17/24- fluid , 5/23/24 cant hear that stove. Glad I didnt answer this right after hearing test .

Drgrinch T: Used to be a good Dr and office. I had been a patient of his for years but this Dr and his office are more about the number of patients and less about the patients now. You make an appointment for a certain time, you show up early or on time and wait another hour to get seen. This has become the norm here. Then when you mention anything about it they get an attitude with you and inform you that your welcome to go see another doctor. Of course I’m just a drop in the bucket but to be disregarded after so many years is painful. I have to take off work to be seen and arrange with my employer to be off for that time. If I were late to my appointment by an hour I would be charged a no show fee and have to reschedule. Not sure why my time is less valuable than his. Bedside manner has gone to a much lower level. Don’t even attempt to get a referral, his office will just “forget” to put it through. Apparently being a doctor has gone to his head and now it’s just a money game. Thanks for letting me know I can go elsewhere sir! I will take my excellent insurance and go see a Dr that actually cares about their patients and will not Consistently waste my time. Hope you wake up one day Dr Jeremy Huff before you lose all of your patients.

Leslie Morales: Horrible office workers, when asking for fax # they refused & wanted to charge $40 per paper needing a physician statement. Wife answered and started yelling at me to leave them alone. My husband had surgery Monday and cannot go back to work without the statement. Not sure if the doctor cares whats going on, sure doesnt look like it. ZERO STARS!!
