Joel Nabors: My wife has been at this facility for several months now (three different admissions). The care she has received has been very good. Without mentioning names, from the nursing staff to the Techs to the respiratory department, the physical therapy & occupational therapy, and even the dietary department have all contributed greatly to her recovery. The attending doctors assigned to our case have been attentive, detailed, and caring. We have appreciated the balanced approach to healing and recovery. We have not only gleaned from the professionalism but also made new friends with several of these individuals.

Mirian Baker: We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care we received after our family of four was involved in an accident. Nurse Aaron and Dr. Duffy went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, informed, and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication made a difficult situation much more manageable. We truly appreciate their kindness and expertise. Thank you for everything!

Carol Carter: My Son was taken there last night about 8pm, he went in for shortness of breath and he was dehydrated, he had an ileostomy surgery a month ago and was home experiencing some complications. He was transported there by ambulance services. He’s been in the emergency room since yesterday night waiting for transfer. The service he’s receiving isn’t professional at all, the nurses don’t seem to understand the care for his bag at all. I’m not understanding that because even if the hospital doesn’t accommodate this type of service, they should still be able to care for a patient that’s in his condition.

Bailey Wright: My review is for anyone who is trying to work for this company on Tower 6 or 7. Do yourself a favor and don’t. They will tell you lies during the interview just to treat you so much differently when you actually start working here. You will constantly get floated to different floors yet they won’t ever float someone to tower 6 floor when we only have ONE tech. You’ll get an email from the manager saying not to complain about being the only tech on the floor. So unprofessional and SO toxic. Both charge nurses during day shift ARE RUDE and talk to you like you’re a child no matter your age. Just don’t work here period

Gayle Keely: I had Total Hip Replacement surgery at Medical City Surgical Center which is an awesome patient facility. However when I was transferred to Medical City Hospital things went downhill quickly. It was early evening and the hospital had no hospital beds available. They also had NO ER rooms with beds available. I was put in a small room in a small metal chair but only one or 2 minutes of care by any hospital employee for a period of 10 hours. I was supposed to get Heparin injections to prevent a clot. There was no water, no movements even though my orders required it. After one check of vital signs there were no more checks in the 10 hour stay in “The Hole”, the ER holding room. I contacted my husband who came to the hospital and talked to the ER nurse, nurse in charge, etc. Within 20 minutes a hospital room was being cleaned and I was transferred in. Once I was in the hospital the care was fine, At one point I needed pain medication at 3:30 am and I was told it was too soon and that I could get pain medication and a muscle relaxer at 4:00 am. At 4:00 I called the nurses and asked for my medications. No one responded until 4:50 even though my pain level was a 7. After several calls I finally lost patience and raised my voice and said that I was leaving the hospital if I did not get my scheduled medicines. The food was generally good and the nurses were kind and treated me well,

safia iid: I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the care, or lack thereof, my elderly mother received during our recent visit to the emergency room at From the moment we were admitted, no one came to check on us or provide any updates on her condition. Despite her repeated requests for pain medication, she was left waiting without any assistance. This is completely unacceptable, especially given my mother’s age and vulnerability. The lack of attention and care shown by the staff was not only distressing but also negligent. We expected much better from a facility that is supposed to prioritize patient well-being. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with serious concerns about the quality of care at this hospital. I sincerely hope that management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to prevent future patients from experiencing the same level of neglect.

Jennifer Caruano: I can’t even get in to see a rheumatologist since the wait period for a new patient appointment is over 2 years. When I ask what do patients do while in a 2 year waiting period they tell me to use my primary for autoimmune diseases. Horrible that when the doctor decides not to come in that day they cancel your appointment and can’t get you in any sooner than 10 months later. They can’t rearrange their schedule to fit you in. Terrible customer service!

Amie Varner: I was asked upon entering what my symptoms were and told them. I also mentioned that I was 36 weeks pregnant and if this was where I needed to be, or if due to the pregnancy, I needed to go to the hospital. The nurse told me they can see me there. So I got checked in. Once checked in, the doctor came in and said due to the pregnancy I really should have gone to the hospital. This is frustrating since I’ve now already been checked in and had asked this question PRIOR to being checked in and was given a different response by the nurse. Their staff needs to be on the same page with medical advice. The doctor also did not exude confidence when checking all my vitals, but continued to tell me she wouldn’t know anything for sure unless she took an X ray (referring to if I have pneumonia or not). I know from experiencing the same thing with my son, that doctors (like my son’s pediatrician) can tell by listening to your lungs. But yes, it’s not black & white without an X-ray. Even still.. I appreciated the confidence my son’s pediatrician exuded when she listened to my son’s lungs several months ago and said he had pneumonia. She mentioned the X-ray thing too, but just out of obligation to tell me that. She continued with confidence in her assessment of pneumonia. The doctor at medical city ER white settlement did not exude confidence at all and kept pushing X-ray. We need doctors that exude more confidence and don’t try to push expensive medical practices on us due to being afraid of liability. After all that, before being released, (I opted not to get the X-ray), they had me fill out a bunch of forms. A form that asks my name & insurance, I totally understand. But they had me filling out forms that were asking where I work, what religion I am, and on & on. Number one, why do they need that info? Number two, I feel like absolute crap and you’re making me stay longer to answer what seem like completely irrelevant questions. Will my treatment and billing be different depending on where I work or what my religion is?? It shouldn’t be. This place is sketchy at best, and if at all possible, I highly recommend traveling a bit further to a different medical facility.

Magallanes F (Daisylover): Its funny how this clinic deleted my bad review because as employer they sucks. And now Im seen the doctors and other employees that work in it are leaving their reviews lol . This clinics is bad either as employer or health care. I hope Federal Government find out how bad they are and stop wasting the founds in a trash "community clinic"

Bernie J: My brother came here a few months ago, after a long stay at another hospital. The staff here were incredibly compassionate, and helped us acclimate the first few days, after which we were always able to call up to the nursing station or administration with concerns or compliments. I really do credit them with how well he is doing now!
