From the moment I walk in, the team makes me feel welcome and genuinely cared for. Every staff member is incredibly sweet and gentle, making sure I understand each step of my visit. And Dr. Louk is amazing — he’s kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I can finally say I feel at ease in a dentist’s chair, which I never thought would happen. Highly, highly recommend Rock Ridge Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy dental experience!

5 /5 Hannah Hoffman: Dr. Barrett and Nadia are SO lovely and I had a wonderful experience with them. I had my teeth whitened by Nadia (Im a horrible patient!) She was so gentle and kind during the whole process and explained how everything would work. Dr. Barrett was really thoughtful in explaining some future cosmetic dental treatments Im considering and I would HIGHLY recommend this team!

The service is always exceptional and all of the hygienists (I don’t see anyone specific, but Melanie and Emily are my favorites hehe) and receptionists (Kari you’re amazing) are the kindest on Earth. And of course Dr Louk is extremely knowledgeable and the atmosphere he provides for his patients and employees is unmatched. definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new primary dentist.

The person that made my appointment was incredibly helpful in letting me know my options for care and the coverage. She was very kind and patient in explaining how everything works. The staff were super nice and friendly. The dentist explained everything that was happening as it occurred and I left with nice clean teeth and a great experience. Big highlight to Dr. Desai for my Invisalign consult. I just knew I wanted straighter teeth, but he shares way more than what I knew about my teeth and its alignment and what it would look like in the long run. It helped solidify my decision then not only for aesthetics but preventative maintenance as well. Can’t wait to see the results!

The staff was so welcoming and friendly, they made sure I was comfortable my entire visit. They didnt make me feel bad for not having seen the dentist for the last few years. My family was already going to Round Rock Family Dental so I fortunately gave them a try. Dr. Gorham, Hailey, Allison, Shannon and the rest of the staff have always been very professional, personable and pleasant. They have even quickly and expertly handled several dental emergencies through the years. Very highly recommended!

Chandler Creek Dental Care - Roundrock Dentist - Round Rock Amanda Rose: First thing I want to say is the dentist always makes me nervous but Dr.Kaur has been amazing since day one. One thing that I like about her is the does not tell me what I needed she talked to me like I was her friend and was very polite. After my first crown and cavity filling I knew I liked her even more she explained everything along the way and made sure I was fine the whole time. Everyone in the office is amazing! I love that chandler creek is not a corporation and feel that I get heard.
