5 /5 Amanda Rose: First thing I want to say is the dentist always makes me nervous but Dr.Kaur has been amazing since day one. One thing that I like about her is the does not tell me what I needed she talked to me like I was her friend and was very polite. After my first crown and cavity filling I knew I liked her even more she explained everything along the way and made sure I was fine the whole time. Everyone in the office is amazing! I love that chandler creek is not a corporation and feel that I get heard. If you are looking for a new dentist please try her out you will not be disappointed ( also this review is not because they had a qr code asking for reviews.)

5 /5 Antonio Corona: Staff were very friendly and helpful. They greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in. Dr Kaur was very nice and gave me all my options before proceeding. During the procedure she made sure I was comfortable the whole time and was very kind and professional. 10/10 would recommend, will definitely come back for all my dental needs!

5 /5 Stacy Hoffmann: What a great office my son had a dental emergency on a Saturday and they were able to get us in and seeing 1 hour to them closing.. they were patient they took their time with my son and he had a great experience The doctor even called me on my cell phone to make sure I didnt have any questions or concerns I thought that was awesome and way above my expectations my prescriptions were called in as they said so everything went smoothly. I definitely would get this office five stars and no hesitation. What a great group of people thanks again so much happy holidays

The front desk staff was very kind, and made the check in process very smooth and easy. Adriana the dental assistant was thorough in taking x-rays and was patient throughout the process. Dr. Virani provided a great cleaning and was gentle and thorough with her dental examination. I can tell she truly cares for all her patients!Highly recommend and will continue to come back to this office in the future!

Cherri Urban: Ive been seen at Rose Dental in Round Rock for several years now, and have been satisfied with their service until recently. I had an insurance snafu at my last appointment two months ago, and paid about $250 out of pocket. When I got home, I called the office with the correct insurance information and expected them to run my insurance and refund at least part of what I paid just an hour before. I spoke with Ashley, who said it was "impossible to run my insurance now since I had already been seen." I called back the next day to speak with Julianna, who said it was not "impossible" and she would have the office manager call me. I did not receive a phone call. In the two months since, I have called at least twice more and been assured I would receive a call back and that Jessica the office manager was "looking into it, but she has a long list of patient accounts to audit and shell call me when she can." Always in a hurry to get me off the phone and poo-poo my inquiries. Its been two months now since this happened and I feel like that should be sufficient time to audit my account. This experience has been enough to make me switch providers and negatively influence my once-positive opinion of this office, which is unfortunate because their hygienists and dentists are good. Beware their billing practices.

He notices everything and he’s very detailed oriented. He Is very professional And has a lot of expertise. Also very friendly as are the staff there. Maria is also very professional and knowledgeable. She did a great job with the x-rays and cleaning. I always feel like I’m in very good hands . I would highly recommend Red Bud Dental!
