5 /5 Tulsee: From the moment I walked in everyone was incredibly friendly, office was spotless, and they were ready to help me right at my appointment time. Big highlight to Dr. Desai for my Invisalign consult. I just knew I wanted straighter teeth, but he shares way more than what I knew about my teeth and its alignment and what it would look like in the long run. It helped solidify my decision then not only for aesthetics but preventative maintenance as well. Can’t wait to see the results!

1 /5 Caden Stewart: I made an appointment for 1:30 for a cleaning and showed up early to fill out paperwork that I had already filled out online. I didn’t realize it was printed front and back so I had to correct a bunch of stuff and then they asked me a ton of different questions that were all written down already. Around 1:45 I was taken back for X-rays which went pretty quickly. Around 2:20 and still nobody comes to do anything so I decided to leave. Why did I make an appointment if it doesn’t mean anything? I came here from Austin because the closer location wouldn’t let me make an appointment online and I didn’t want to call. Maybe just avoid Ideal Dental altogether. I know I’m switching and I’ve been a customer since they were Brush 32.

5 /5 Priscilla Ortega: I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. After a traumatic experience at another clinic, I was extremely nervous about going back to the dentist. But from the moment I walked in, I was met with professionalism, kindness, and understanding. The entire staff was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything to me, which helped ease my anxiety. They made me feel genuinely cared for and comfortable every step of the way. I’m so grateful to have found a place where I finally feel safe and confident getting dental care.

1 /5 Kayla Wallace: Absolutely horrible!! I called the day before and set up my appointment and gave my insurance. I have two broke teeth and came in 8 am to make sure I could get fixed (haven’t ate in two days). I came in and the front desk said in a very smart attitude, “you don’t have dental you have medical” I let her know nicely that wasn’t true and asked for her to check again. She said “well that’s the number you gave us to call they said it why don’t you call them”. I showed her my work app that said I have dental and asked why they asked for the information last night if I had to do it and she rolled her eyes with a grin. Never have I ever been to an office where people are normally in pain and had such a rude person be who welcomes you in the door. She will kill this business.

5 /5 Lucky McGee: It was my first appointment with Ideal Dental. They were very thorough. Ive never had so any scans and images taken of my teeth. The staff was welcoming. My dental assistant (Ally?) was very caring and explained the steps she was taking. Dr. Menendez addressed my concerns and came up with a priority list of actions. Thank you Ideal Dental- Round Rock.
