Patricia Peoples: Jade at the front desk of the Louis Henna location is the definition of having great customer service. She is sooo nice, personable & makes you feel so comfortable. I’ve never loved having to go to the dentist but this location made my experience nothing short of easy. The entire staff is friendly & great at their jobs. You can tell they love what they do. I’d recommend anyone to this location.

Amanda Rose: First thing I want to say is the dentist always makes me nervous but Dr.Kaur has been amazing since day one. One thing that I like about her is the does not tell me what I needed she talked to me like I was her friend and was very polite. After my first crown and cavity filling I knew I liked her even more she explained everything along the way and made sure I was fine the whole time. Everyone in the office is amazing! I love that chandler creek is not a corporation and feel that I get heard. If you are looking for a new dentist please try her out you will not be disappointed ( also this review is not because they had a qr code asking for reviews.)

Zia Mohammad: I usually don’t like going to dental offices and have had some bad experiences with some in the past. However, Castle Dental on Palm Valley is exceptional! The front desk staff was very kind, and made the check in process very smooth and easy. Adriana the dental assistant was thorough in taking x-rays and was patient throughout the process. Dr. Virani provided a great cleaning and was gentle and thorough with her dental examination. I can tell she truly cares for all her patients!Highly recommend and will continue to come back to this office in the future!

P C (Baba Yaga): I was referred to Dr Montreuil and I am so glad they did. I’ve had tooth pain from a root canal & crown since 2019. I ended up getting very bad anxiety from this and he was patient and FAST. Now I haven’t experienced any pain on that tooth since he worked on it.

Cherri Urban: Ive been seen at Rose Dental in Round Rock for several years now, and have been satisfied with their service until recently. I had an insurance snafu at my last appointment two months ago, and paid about $250 out of pocket. When I got home, I called the office with the correct insurance information and expected them to run my insurance and refund at least part of what I paid just an hour before. I spoke with Ashley, who said it was "impossible to run my insurance now since I had already been seen." I called back the next day to speak with Julianna, who said it was not "impossible" and she would have the office manager call me. I did not receive a phone call. In the two months since, I have called at least twice more and been assured I would receive a call back and that Jessica the office manager was "looking into it, but she has a long list of patient accounts to audit and shell call me when she can." Always in a hurry to get me off the phone and poo-poo my inquiries. Its been two months now since this happened and I feel like that should be sufficient time to audit my account. This experience has been enough to make me switch providers and negatively influence my once-positive opinion of this office, which is unfortunate because their hygienists and dentists are good. Beware their billing practices.
