The staff was so welcoming and friendly, they made sure I was comfortable my entire visit. They didnt make me feel bad for not having seen the dentist for the last few years. I felt heard and understood and best of all not judged. They gave me so much information about my teeth and gum health & let me know what all my options are. I look forward to my follow up appointment soon, they were absolutely amazing. If you want a doctor and staff that cares about you & your over all well being then look no further .

I am a new patient to Serenity Dental Studio and very satisfied with my first visit experience. The office is very clean and neat with a modern decor and the name fits it perfectly it is Serene! Dr. Hershel genuinely cares for his patients; I felt heard and my concerns were addressed. All the staff are professional and friendly and work efficiently. 5 /5 Lucas Skinner: Met Dr. Herschel for the first time and was amazed with him and his team! My wife recommended me to see them after I had a bad experience with another local dentist who I felt was over charging and just wanting to get you to shovel money to them. I had my first appointment today and their diagnosis was a little different and correct and their price point for the procedure was MUCH more realistic and fair. They show that they obviously care and give you every option available to allow YOU to decide how you want to proceed. The other dentist office I was previously at did not do that. They gave me the one option and that was it. Definitely making this my family’s normal dentist office and think everyone else in the Round Rock area would benefit and appreciate this office

5 /5 Ngoc Huynh: I’ve been going to Serenity Dental in Round Rock for about two years now, and it’s easily one of the best dental offices I’ve been to. The space is always super clean, and the staff are consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. They make what is usually a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. Dr. Hersheal Aggarwal has been wonderful from the start. He’s warm, approachable, and has a gentle way of encouraging better dental hygiene without making you feel judged. Switching to a new dentist can be nerve-wracking, but he made the process easy and comforting. Over the years, I’ve had cleanings, fillings, and teeth whitening done here. When I was nervous about whitening for the first time, Dr. Aggarwal checked in with me afterwards and helped eased a lot of my concerns. The results turned out great, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. One thoughtful touch I really noticed is the personalized welcome message with the patient name on the TV every time I come in. There have been a few times they misspelled my name, but they were always receptive and quick to fix it when I brought it up. Earlier this year, I shared that I had been furloughed, and Dr. Aggarwal generously comped my fluoride varnish. It was such a kind gesture during a difficult time, and it meant a lot more to me than he probably realized. There’s plenty of parking since it’s located in a large shopping center, and they’ve got a reliable system with email and text reminders that makes scheduling and keeping track of appointments super easy. If you’re looking for a new dentist in the area, I highly recommend Serenity Dental.

5 /5 Courtney Gutierrez: I have been going to Serenity for about a year. I had bad past experiences with former dentist but this office changed my outlook/fear on going to the dentist. They knew of my past bad experiences and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable which they did! The staff and Dr. Hersheal are amazing. They explain everything and make sure you understand/are comfortable with the treatment and state of your teeth/gums. I am a pretty anxious person but they are completely understand and walk me through everything to help calm my anxiety. They try their best to make sure your smile is healthy and you can tell they care about your health/smile as much as you do. I would recommend this office to anyone.
