Justin Fields I looked up reviews as I just moved into the area, and found All Seasons Dentistry was highly rated. I was suprised they had an appointment open the next day as I had an emergency to get fixed. I pulled up and it was clean. They were very polite and accommodating from the start. They took me back to back right away for the x-rays and exam. The technology they are using is state of the art. When the Dr. Sam came in he was the nicest and explained everything to me in detail. He addressed my immediate concerns and got what I needed to have done quick and painless. Definitely a high recommendation for All Seasons Dentistry all around, a truly 5 star experience!!!

From making the appointment with Carla, and thorough explanation of what to expect; checking in, Zenia was most pleasant and caring. Angel was with me through both evaluation and treatment appointments, superb bedside manner and complete patient care, along with Amber, my hygienist who did my cleaning; both exceeding in their roles. Dr. Mary, who is beyond talented in her skill, incredibly patient, and educates in a way that is easy to understand, especially when the overwhelm kicks in. After my evaluation appt, Zenia walked me through the upcoming treatment plan, they are transparent with pricing, offered payment plans if needed, and education on preventative products. This experience has restored my confidence in dental practice. If you’re questioning the decision of joining, I couldn’t recommend it more. 10/10 and every day again.

Lori Lively I LOVE Transcend Dental! On my first visit Carla explained everything so clearly I knew I was in good hands. That day Dr. Chang was out and I was seen by Dr. Mary. She was outstanding. I was also impressed with their state of the art equipment and how fluidly the staff interacted with each other. I have had many procedures done by Angel, who is truly a gifted dental assistant. As for Dr. Chang, he is kind, funny, gentle and highly skilled. I’m always enjoy our interactions and above all I trust his work. Janet LeBlanc I am not a resident of Texas. I have a tooth that has been giving me pain for over a year. My regular dentist couldn’t find the problem. On advice from my Son, (his family are patients at Prairie Star dental)I went to see Dr. Rawcliffe . I was extremely impressed, he found the problem, and fixed it all in one visit! He was very professional and kind, and explained things to me very well. I definitely would recommend this clinic to anyone needing a dentist.

Woody Lemcke After moving from Austin to Georgetown in 2000, I wanted a closer dentist. My family was already going to Round Rock Family Dental so I fortunately gave them a try. Dr. Gorham, Hailey, Allison, Shannon and the rest of the staff have always been very professional, personable and pleasant. They have even quickly and expertly handled several dental emergencies through the years. Very highly recommended!

Melissa Clark The lady who took my daughters x rays gave her a piece of paper for her to bring to me to sign. The paper belonged to another patient and she blamed it on my daughter and said that my daughter took that paper and brought it to me. When she was the who gave it to my daughter to bring to me. So she was basically blaming her mistake on my daughter. That was not ok. You made a mistake we all do but be a grown adult and own up to it instead of blaming my child. I thought that was insane.

L.V My husband did not want me to say anything but this is ridiculous! The crown lasted 7 months! Last time I checked, I didnt think a crown was supposed to fall out of your mouth in months. The location is sketchy, that should of been a red flag. Front desk staff talk to each other about everything except the dentist office. The day he went to get his "permanent" crown the dr was late, strolls through the door with mcdonalds in hand. Not to mention days before when he had the temp crown it fell out 2 days later, so that was another trip there to fix that. He is not in town so he has to pay for someone to fix their botched work. I spoke to the Receptionist today, and he said "there is nothing they can do and to have someone cap or fix it where he is located". per supervisor/manager Joy, whoever that is, she didnt have the courtesy to get on the phone or have me leave my phone number, in order to reach out about this issue. Thats bad business

Kari Monk I WOULD NOT recommend these people to anyone. I had 5 teeth pulled plus had grafts done and was given nothing for pain. I tried calling the whole week cause the pain was excruciating. I was eating so many ibuprofen that it caused my kidneys to fail and was put in the hospital. I was told if I had t gone to the ER when I did I wouldve been in total kidney failure. Thats what they did for me

Elizabeth Rivera I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Megens and his assistant for the exceptional care I received at this office. After nearly three months of constant pain following a previous dental procedure, I was beginning to lose hope. Due to lack of childcare, I delayed returning for treatment, but the pain became unbearable—I had no choice but to bring my toddler with me to my appointment. Dr. Megens was incredibly patient and understanding, reassuring me that my child was okay while I was getting my procedure done. He even shared stories about his own children, remembering what it was like when they were that age. His kindness and ability to make me feel at ease during such a stressful time meant the world to me. The office staff was incredible too, they gave my child a toy and let him be a child without scolding him. They made conversations with him as their mama was on the chair getting her procedure. More importantly, Dr. Megens made it clear multiple times that his priority was to get this procedure done right so that I would not have to come back in pain. He truly listened, acknowledged my situation, and showed genuine compassion—something I deeply appreciated after suffering for so long. Thanks to his expertise and care, I woke up pain-free for the first time in months, and every day since, I have felt nothing but gratitude. Dr. Megens is not only an incredibly skilled dentist but also a kind and compassionate professional who truly cares about his patients. If you are looking for a provider who will take the time to do things right and treat you with empathy, I highly recommend him!

Jessica Perez Out of ALL the experiences Ive had with doctors and dr. offices (for myself and for my daughter) this place and their neighbor (My Kids Dentist) have been the quickest, most efficient, and friendliest HANDS DOWN. You actually see the dentist at your scheduled time instead of 30 mins later (shocking, right?) and Dr. Megens and his team did such a wonderful job of calming my anxieties. Its refreshing to finally have people with personalities and great bedside manner part of my healthcare team.

Amanda Rose First thing I want to say is the dentist always makes me nervous but Dr.Kaur has been amazing since day one. One thing that I like about her is the does not tell me what I needed she talked to me like I was her friend and was very polite. After my first crown and cavity filling I knew I liked her even more she explained everything along the way and made sure I was fine the whole time. Everyone in the office is amazing! I love that chandler creek is not a corporation and feel that I get heard. If you are looking for a new dentist please try her out you will not be disappointed ( also this review is not because they had a qr code asking for reviews.)

James Clydes Im a veteran receiving dental care through community care, and I chose this clinic. Ive had nothing but amazing experiences. The dental techs are knowledgeable, reassuring, and good at their jobs. This clinic has an overall sense of aggressive efficiency and the dentist, Dr. B, did an amazing job navigating a root canal and QUADRUPLE wisdom tooth extraction! Im super squirmy and nervous when it comes to dental work, but after stomaching the numbing shots, it was all smooth sailing from there. Nitrous gas realllly helped. Im currently recovering from the wisdom tooth extraction and Ill also be getting my permanent crown soon. I liked this clinic so much, my wife and I are planning to get our whitenings done here out of pocket. Follow-up: we did get our whitenings here and it was a good time.

samuel I was a patient of Dr.Stecs and had a really bad experience that has caused me to need a lot of dental care to fix. I went in for a missing tooth and got a bridge to replace it. Putting in the bridge went fine (although my new dentist couldnt understand why Dr. Stec did not put in a molar as that was the tooth that was missing). After placing the bridge it hurt to bite down on that side and Dr. Stec made adjustments to my natural teeth by shaving them down, instead of shaving down the bridge as he wanted to protect the new bridge. As a patient I was not happy with this as I was worried about my natural teeth, but I trusted a dentist to know whats better for me. In the end, both of the teeth that were shaved down became super sensitive and one of my teeth under the bridge I had place was sensitive as well. When I shared these problems with Dr. Stec, he recommended I use a toothpaste for sensitive teeth (which I did) and to give it time. It did not get better and my tooth under the bridge was causing me a lot of pain. He said that he couldnt recommend any more procedures because he did could not see anything wrong with it--mind you, I am telling him it hurts. I felt this to be super disrespectful and did not feel like he cared about my pain at all, so I switched dentists. My new dentist immediately recommended the tooth under my bridge get looked at by an endodontist as he felt it might have been too damaged during the bridge process. The endodontist visit confirmed that I needed a root canal, which I got done, and that tooth stopped causing pain. At this point, I got my two natural teeth (which had been shaved down) looked at and BOTH of them needed root canals as well, due to the fact that they now responded to heat and cold. The dentist could not understand why Dr.Stec shaved them down instead of the bridge. All the new adjustment made to my bite have always been on the bridge. Unfortunately, both of the teeth that I had to get root canals on were molars and the root canals failed due to my unusual canal structures. Its been really hard to look back on my time with Dr.Stec and not become upset because due to his improper treatment I lost 2 teeth and spent a long time in pain trying to get things fixed. I was not in pain when I went to see Dr. Stec, I simply wanted to replace a missing tooth. Instead, I now have 2 more teeth to replace and lots of dental costs. My new dentist is amazing and has gives me hope there are good dentists out there. But I wanted to share my story as this has been the biggest health challenge Ive faced in my young life and I hope it doesnt happen to anyone else.
