1 /5 Cat Dobbs: I do not know what these office people do all day. I can never get them to fulfill my prescriptions. It’s why I stopped taking birth control (because I had to play phone tag for a week with the pharmacy and the Drs office so I was already off of the meds & just decided to stop taking it since the pharmacy literally never had the script ready). I thought in the two years I stopped going they’d have it figured out. I know someone else who stopped going here because the office is terribly run. Erin Garner is a great doctor. Idk what the rest of her staff does though

2 /5 Meagan King: Dr. Kroger tended to and delivered my first baby. I dreaded every doctors appointment, and cried every time I had to go. He was not very open to or accepting of my decision for a doula, or me being a "free thinker" for wanting a birth plan. I had a 2 nd degree tear in my perineum after the birth of my baby, in which needed stitching. I feel to this day out of spite he gave me the infamously known " daddy stitch" In which I have never fully recovered from. It has caused severe issues with me for the last 5 years I never went back to him. And do not recommend him to anyone. I feel he does not have the best interest of the patient in mind, and views women as a dollar sign that he can benefit from, abuse, disrespect and torment in a most vulnerable time for any woman! I am an RN and would never want this type of service for any of my patients!

5 /5 Shaylee Estes: Ive been seeing Dr. Glass for several years now, just for yearly check-ups and also for the birth and delivery of my son and I absolutely love having her as my doctor! She always takes her time to explain everything and answer every question I have. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients! Dr. Glass, Dr. Kroeger, their PA Jacklyn and all of their staff is so wonderful to work with!

1 /5 Shae Shae: This is the worst OBGYN office I have ever been to. The staff is rude, I didnt get my results of my routine testing for 8months! I called them regarding a letter I got in the mail and the receptionist told me they dont send letters...ok so you are calling me a liar?! I have never been treated so unprofessionaly as I have here. The only oositive I have is Dr. Glass was a really nice Dr. The staff on the other hand, HORRIBLE! I transferred my records elsewhere and will never go back.

Gwen Allison: Brigette, Callie and Dr. Nitke were kind and gentle with my biopsy. They seemed to show concern for the whole patient. I thought Dr. Nitke was like Jesus with his kindness and bedside manner. Means a lot when you are facing personal fears. The girls couldnt have been more accommodating. This staff is quite a tribute to humanity.

Hendrick Urgent Care - Buffalo Gap Rd. - Abilene

Alexis Dietrich: Priscilla is there for a paycheck and only a paycheck. If you come in before closing, but it is CLOSE to closing time, she will turn you away. EVEN WITH A BABY. She was cold and heartless, so when shes working just assume they close at 7:50, NOT 8 pm. We have been here before when she wasnt working and received incredible service, caring practitioners, and very friendly staff! This review is solely for our experience with her, as someone in health care should not be like that... Unfortunately, when we desperately needed some grace to avoid scaring our 3 year old even more with hours of wait at an ER, we ran into Priscilla who changed our perspective on this urgent care. Hoping we do not have to encounter her again.

Ruth Gregory: Its so sad that Hendricks is our only choice in Abilene and they have all these bad reviews. I took my dad to the ER south last week he had had bouts of vomiting and stomach pain on and off for 6 weeks. This time was the worse one. They did some gall bladder tests and said it wasnt his gall bladder. Sent him home Saturday and said he was on a regular diet. He started again on Sunday night. This time I took him to Northside hoping for better results. They did the same gall bladder test that they just did on the southside. He sat in the hospital for 2 1/2 days waiting for a GI doctor. That is a lot of money! Finally a GI came, talked to him, sent him home on Thursday. Thursday night started vomiting again. He is being charged for one week in the hospital for nothing. Two of the exact same tests. I have talked to so many other people that experience the same thing. Come on Abilene, we are better than this!!

AnnMarie Schaefer: My husband has been multiple times. Hearing issues Knee issues Back issues Shoulder issues However the hearing aids continue to fail. Today is Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving. He’s on his way to the VA again. I’m hoping this time they will work for at least a month.

Cole Crosthwait: Wife and I have been seen here for a couple years now. Dont expect to actually receive help if you come here. They will give you an "emergency line" thats supposed to go to the doctor apparently but only leads to reception and trust me they wont help at all. The receptionist anytime she does answer is the most unprofessional and rude person to clients and has even said not to call back because she cant contact her boss too bad so sad. If you have a choice I pray you see this and chose somewhere else. Dr. Ahmed hasnt been on time for an appointment once. I and my wife have had to step away from work multiple times hours after our scheduled online appointment times due to this all while he apologizes profusely and states that this isnt how he conducts business but weve never seen him conduct it any other way. Basically if you want to be treated poorly, like your time doesnt matter and never get call backs from your psychiatrist this is the place for you.

Maria Tirado-Anderson: I was assigned this office via my insurance, and went there as a new patient assuming that most or all of my visit would be covered. The staff was very young, and when brought back to my room to be seen I was put through a list of questions that took at least 20 minutes or more to get through about my entire health history for both myself, and my family. I then had my exam, and was told that having my ears cleaned would be recommended for my tension headaches. This very young girl, not sure she was even a nurse, was the one who cleaned my ears with a massive amount of TAP WATER, causing me a lot of pain. I was never told this would cost extra, or that it was even necessary. My ears continued to be blasted at least 10 times each, and then I left. A few days later I was in so much pain, that I had to visit an urgent care where I was prescribed antibiotics both orally, and as ear drops for a MAJOR ear infection clearly caused by my ‘cleaning’. To top it all off, I was over charged for my appointments, and an additional $80 dollars for the ear cleaning that caused my ears to be damaged/infected!!! I would NOT recommend this office, and now owe tons of money that I never planned on having to pay, and wasn’t even aware of until months later via a statement that made no sense at all. Very upsetting.
