5 /5 Puja: I visited Next level Urgent care, because I had a boil which had grown suddenly on my thigh and I had never had it before so knew nothing this about. I was calling my physician to get her suggestion and if possible a quick online appointment. All those efforts drew a blank as it was day before Thanksgiving and then my physicians nurse suggested late in evening to go to an urgent care. My husband searched up online for a good affordable care online and found this place in Sugarland. So when we arrived there , though it was already evening, but they were not rushing things and few more patients were there. Overall atmosphere was clean and relaxed. Then when my turn came, my doctor was very patient. She got to her job very quickly and did not cringe at all the pus. She did her job so neatly and tool care of lot of details. Finally she told me to get my antibiotics and how to care for the wound. I was very pleased with their care and their service was very affordable too. I am very grateful to her, I wouldnt have had a pleasant Thanksgiving weekend if not for them.. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know..their hours are very accommodating too.

5 /5 Brenda Hebert: Ive used a different Next Level location once before todays visit and the experience at that office, the personnel and service was disappointing. I tried the Sugar Land location today and what a difference! From the check in to departure everyone was professional, competent and friendly. My provider was Katherine who took the time to inquire about my past experience with the illness in order to insure an effective medicine type was prescribed. She provided so much helpful information that I left thinking Katherine was more thorough and informative than my primary care physician.

5 /5 Christine Mayes: Next Level in Sugar Land is our go-to when we can’t get in same day to see our primary. We are always treated courteously by the front desk and today was no exception. Today on the app we clicked to “wait in line” and came into the clinic when we received a text a room was ready. When we arrived we waited less than five minutes and were taken back and x-rayed immediately. We were seen by Technician, Leslie, who was thorough on her questions and kind. She was helpful wrapping her ankle. The doctor, LaCheria, was also thorough and kind. She made sure there were no breaks and took her time. We did not feel rushed. The care at this facility is always top notch. I recommend using the App.

5 /5 Tony Peterson: P.A. Zach and Nurse Brittany took excellent care of us. I have been going through a hell of a time since getting hit by a Metro bus. I appreciate the treatment they provided, their professionalism and both have outstanding patient service skills and manners.
