Because I stayed with my family member consecutively on the weekend I really got to know Brenda the CNA and she helped us through it all. Patient, kind, attentive and knowledgeable. 1 /5 Son Nguyen: My wife had a routine for Colonoscopy at the Memorial Hermann surgery center in Richmond on 02/18/2022. Everything was good except in the late of April 2022, I received a bill from Exepath for the nurse Anesthetist services in the amount of $1,625.00. I was shocked and couldnot believe the charged for the anesthesia nurse services for a routine colonoscopy checkup was $1,625.00. I couldn’t even believe Memorial Hermann surgery center allowed such charge to happen within the procedure and said they do not control the charge from anesthesia services.

Russell Jones: I went to ER for pneumonia and Dr. Tripathy did an emergency surgery in a moments notice to remove fluid out of my lungs. His attention to detail and years of experience saved my life. I went to his office for follow up care and I was amazed of all the Surgeon of the year awards on the wall. I met a patient in there that Dr Tripathy did a 6th bypass surgery on him and he looked healthy as a horse. I realize how blessed I was to have him as my surgeon. He’s not only is a great Dr he’s also an awesome person. His office staff is awesome too. The receptionist is great and always smiling and glad to see their patients. His Nurse Practitioner Irene is the best, she’s very patient and takes time to answers all my questions. ( and believe me I ask lots of questions). I don’t normally care to go to any Dr office, however, I enjoy going to this office because I know they really care about their patients. More importantly, I know not gonna be rushed so they can get to the next patient. What an awesome team!

Shannon Sammon: As a new patient, I was very unsure of what to expect. Unfortunately, the only person that showed me any empathy, or care, was the receptionist, Griselda. Other than that, Dr Lin was not empathetic at all. I expected much more person centered treatment and understanding than what I received. I informed Griselda that she was the only staff member who appeared to care about me as a patient. I will not be returning. I need a Dr that will listen and who attempts to treat me as a person.

Priscilla Fierro: This place will take your money and keep it. I went to them back in July for a sick visit and I had insurance but they still charged me the full amount for the visit until my insurance paid them. They told me if I overpaid I was going to be reimbursed. I just noticed in October on the EOB that they already received their payment in August for the full bill and my portion was supposed to be $0. I have been calling ever since to check status of my reimbursement and was given the run around. I finally told them if they didnt reimburse me the overpayment that I was going to report them for fraudulent billing and now they are issuing a check for the reimbursement. Please make sure if you pay any out of pocket costs that you go back and check with your health insurance to confirm your out of pocket costs and they didnt get paid twice for the same visit. They will not reimburse you unless you ask them to.

Karla Stripling: I have been under Dr. Patel’s care for two pregnancies and I have had the best experience both times! He is extremely friendly, personable, and I can tell he cares about me as more than just a patient. Any concern I’ve had, he’s been reassuring and has handled everything with care. He was not able to be at the hospital to deliver my son, but he still called to check on me at midnight after I had delievered which meant so much to me. On top of that, Dr. Patel’s front office staff and nurses Mariah and Andrea are the sweetest people and I look forwars to seeing them at every visit. Cannot recommend Dr. Patel and his staff enough!
